Ordinary kijoshu is made using sake for brewing, but this sake is brewed by adding kijoshu.

The aroma does not stand out that much, but the taste is fruity sweet and sour.

I bought it because it is a New Item in the Tabotsu series😇
The bottle is quiet to open and seems to have no gasiness.
The aroma is clear and odorless, with a very light lemon and grefle citrus aroma. ☺️ The taste is also clear with a beautiful acidity 😋😋😋😋 The dry taste with a crisp finish after the modest sweetness of the rice also enhances the taste and the word "beautiful sake" is perfect 🤗

It is true that it has a sharp and light aftertaste for an Abe.
However, it is sweet and delicious like Abe, and although the overall taste is somewhat light, the sweetness that lingers in the aftertaste is pleasant and wonderful!

Abe Summer Sake Tank #2.
This is the first Abe summer sake we have had in two years. Tank No. 2 follows the original recipe for summer sake, using Gohyakumangoku for koji rice and Koshibuki for kakemai rice.
It has a slightly yellowish hue that contrasts vividly with the refreshing light blue of the label. It has a refreshing heady aroma with citrus nuances, and its characteristic acidity stands out in comparison to the mild sweetness.
The overall impression is dry, but this is enhanced by a firm bitterness on the finish.
The acidity makes it an excellent match for fresh Camembert cheese!
Shunyo is a fantastic rice that has been repeatedly tested and brewed. The new sparkling sake "DENEB" was born from Abe Sake Brewery's serious efforts to deal with such rice.

I have never had fire-brewed Abe, so I bought it out of curiosity to see what it would be like.
The aroma is mild. The aroma is slightly sweet and refreshing, like that of ramune.
When you drink it, it is exactly like a ramune. The refreshing flavor runs through, with a hint of rice flavor at the back.
However, the flavor flows smoothly.
It is literally a refreshing seasonal sake, as it claims to be a summer sake.
To be honest, the flavor is quite similar to the Garakudai no Hiyori I had the other day, but I feel the axis of the sake as Abe.
