I think Akada was from an area that was a bit mountainous.

Well, amongst all these things, something good happened at the end of last month, and I took the plunge and put out "Abe", even though my fridge is full of shuwa shuwa.
I'm not quite sure where I bought it online, but I think I let it sit for 6 months.
It is served in a small champagne glass.
The bubbles are nicely carbonated.
It has a low alcohol content of 13%, so it is soft on the palate and sweet and tasty in the mouth.
My wife also praised the taste, saying, "It's very good! and raved about it! 👍
