The other day, we had a bottle of Thorny Tama, which had a different aroma and taste from the sake, but this one tastes like a cocktail with the addition of craft gin.
It has a citrusy flavor like grapefruit juice and a bitter taste.

It seems a bit thinner than last year's and a bit underwhelming on its own. It may be better suited for eating with food.

Gorgeous acidity and sweetness on the nose, but with a wonderfully refreshing aftertaste.
The sweetness of the acidity is similar to that of Beaumichel, which I drank just before, but it seems to be summed up within the definition of sake.
It's been a long time since I've had an Abe.
When I opened the package, it popped and the lid popped off.
It is easy to drink because it is slightly carbonated, which reduces the sweetness.
Tomorrow, the carbonation will be gone and it will be slightly sweeter, closer to the Abe I am used to.
I never get tired of Abe, it always tastes so good.
