I think it's a bit bitter rather than sour and not melon-like, probably because it was just opened.
The aroma is mellow and delicious.
After a little while, the bitterness fades and the sweetness and sourness come through. However, I think I will finish it while the bitterness is still there. It tastes better after a little while than right after opening the bottle.
Junmai Daiginjo (brew of sake)
I have never seen this label before.
I was attracted by its classy and clean look.
A little bit of peach, gorgeous and elegant melon.
The taste is more robust than expected, with a hint of sweetness.
There is a hint of sweetness afterwards.
It matches the image on the label.
However, when you take a big sip, you can feel the alcohol.
The back of the label says "white meat with butter," and it would certainly go well with a salty meuniere.
A consolation party for the students who were here until last month.
Some of them did not drink, so we went to a restaurant with good food.
The course included all-you-can-drink and four kinds of sake.
When I asked about the lineup, I was told that it was Reizan, Hana-no-Kou, Sanzenmori, and Kagami (?). I ordered Kagami, which I had never had before.
The nigori-nagari came 🥰.
I asked to see the label and was brought a bottle.
I had never seen this sake before.
It is a sake from Mie.
I looked it up and found that it was from the Hanzo brewery. I have seen Hanzo before, but I have never had it.
It seems to be a new brand.
The taste has a fresh sweetness and gaseousness that is typical of nama-shu.
I can taste the bitterness of the ori, but it is not so strong, and a pleasant sweetness lingers in the aftertaste.
This is delicious 😍.
The students also reacted as expected, saying "I didn't know this kind of sake existed 😁.
I personally loved it and ordered another one at the end.
Good morning, TOMO. ☀️
I drank Hanamegami no nigori when I went to Nagano: ❣️
It was sweet and sour and bitter, and I enjoyed it with grilled chicken 😋I think it will be a popular sake from now on 😊.
Hi, Tsubu ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
This drink is going to be very popular👍I liked it the best of all I drank that day 🥰.
Your husband's information network is great!
The second drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was Hanamemi by Ota Shuzo.
I have had many Mie sake, but this was my first time to try it.
The gorgeous aroma in the mouth is very impressive.
I think that many Mie sake have a gorgeous aroma.
That may be one of the reasons why I like it so much.
It also has a very nice, clean, sweet flavor.
It has a more crisp feeling than the Hana Oup mentioned earlier.
The last part has a gentle graininess, making it a well-balanced sake.
New brand from Ota Shuzo, brewer of Hanzo
100% Kami no Ho from Mie Prefecture
This is the second summer sake
The aroma is quite gorgeous, sweet and fruity like melon.
It's been a while since I've had such a strong melon sensation!
The taste is also quite rich and sweet.
The taste is sweet and fruity, with a refreshing acidity and a little bit of alcohol.
Sweet but easy to drink and delicious!
It is a normal, delicious sweet sake that I am looking forward to drinking in the future.
