Oh, it's delicious. It has a rich, robust flavor, but not too strong. I drank it while eating curry because I was slammed 😅maybe I just have a stupid tongue 🤔.

Kumamoto New Sake Festival 2024
I participated in the Kumamoto New Sake Festival held every March with my colleagues 🍶.
Drink tickets 🎫1 set of 3 tickets for 1200 yen.
One ticket is exchanged for 5 shaku of sake (two tickets for the more expensive ones).
I chose three kinds of sake: Kameman nigori sake, Taido, and Hanayuki.
The second cup was Taido.
Surprisingly sweeter than the nigori I just had 😳.
It has a nice flavor and moderate acidity that goes well with fried cartilage 👍.
Taido is consistently delicious as a food sake 😋.

Kumamoto sake has a lot of classical taste except for Hana no Koka. Taido is not flashy, but it has a delicious flavor on top 😁I also recommend a new brand called Kyuyo Masamune that came out last year👍.

The one I had at the Japanese sake festival was very subtle so I wanted to make sure 🤔.
Fresh and fizzy. It has little sweetness, but the gasiness on top of the bitterness is very nice.
I'd like to try the sake made with Kame-no-o that comes out around spring.

■Chiyonen Sake Brewery / "Taido" Kumamoto Pref.
Since "Taido" is the last sake every time, I tasted it this time while my memory is still vivid.
Taido Junmai Ginjo
Sour and refreshing. A little too refreshing 🤔.
Wind, Cat, and Daiginjo
At the brewer's festival, I drank "Hoshi to Neko to Junmai Daiginjo", which is also easy to drink, low alcohol and has a refreshing sweetness.
Kura-oi Daiginjo
This is a secret sake that was not on the list and is sold only at the brewery. It was sold out during the daytime, so I was not impressed by the tasting only.
Junmai Ginjo Autumn Scent Nigori Nama
A sweet and delicious sake with a slight bubbly taste, which bouken-san said was very tasty.

I was looking around the cellar for what to drink next when I found a bottle of "Denshogiku", which is rare in Fukui, so I had another glass.
Taido Junmai Ginjo.
The master likes this one so much that he carries it almost regularly 😊.
Sweet fruity aroma, umami, acidity, and a sweet aftertaste.
The image of the aftertaste is somewhat similar to sweet potato shochu 😁.
According to the master, he almost always recommends it to his customers, and it is rare for people to ask for it themselves 😊.
If I didn't have sake-no-wa, I wouldn't have gone through with it either😅.

I spent my school days in Kumamoto, so I was looking for Kumamoto sake, but this sake was a no mark 😅.
