I'm opening them all up because they are overstocked😅. I couldn't buy it last year and have been waiting for a year. The one I had at the Japanese sake festival was very subtle so I wanted to make sure 🤔. Fresh and fizzy. It has little sweetness, but the gasiness on top of the bitterness is very nice. I'd like to try the sake made with Kame-no-o that comes out around spring.

Purchased at GIN SHIZUKU in Sannomiya, Kobe. My first Kumamoto sake. Sold by. Kumamoto Sake Culture Association. Ginjo aroma, sweet at the beginning, and a tangy bitterness at the end. Sweet and bitter.

Memorandum for myself I visited Kumamoto Prefecture. I had this wine at a Japanese-style bar I entered for dinner. The aroma is a ginjo aroma. The sake has a strong pungent taste, but it also has a lot of umami. We had spicy lotus root as a side dish, which went well with it. Thank you very much.

⭐︎ I have been in Kumamoto since yesterday on a business trip + recruiter. On Chichi-san's orders, I'm at Ushijima Sake Shop, a corner bar at Kumamoto Station. Sake after beer. Taido special junmai from Kumamoto. The aroma is slightly fruity. It is a refreshing sake. Some acidity. It is delicious with spicy lotus root. Beer + Taido + spicy lotus root = 1.570 yen It is a good cosmetic price. Thank you, Mr. Chichi 🙇♂️.

Chiyonen Sake Brewery and Taido booth in Kumamoto Prefecture. I guess "Taido" is the main brand in Kumamoto. This time, other brands without it. Junmai sake Shuubai🔴. Ginjo-genshu, good on the rocks Wind, Cat and Daiginjo Kaze to Neko to Daiginjo (Wind, Cat, and Daiginjo), which we saw at Sakegawa, is a little low in alcohol and easy to drink. The aluminum can of "Rocks are good" can be drunk either on the rocks or heated. I think it's dark and tasty. Shuubai" is not impressive 😅.

That's the most disgusting drink I've ever had! I was so surprised! It's not that it's tasteless or anything.　It has a ginjo aroma or flavor, and it's soft. It's too clear. I drank Kumamoto sake again this week. Taido Junmai Hiyahoroshi This one uses Kame-no-o. The first day, served cold, the aroma is alcoholic. The aroma is alcoholic and the taste is spicy from the acidity. It has a unique character. When served cold, it has a little bit of umami, but the acidity is still strong.
