The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower⑱.
The [Taido] booth in Kumamoto Prefecture.
Taido Blue Junmai Ginjo Namaisouzou.
Mr. Bouken was pushing me to taste the one I had never seen before from Taido.
It was a refreshing summer sake, but it also had a nice umami flavor and sharpness.
I always come back to try Taido later in the day.
