It tastes fresh, acidic and well balanced, it's really good 🍶.

I bought this at my first liquor store. The owner said they have a rare sake.
Nara's Harushika, which I drank many times when I was in Osaka, is a new brand that has been available only at special sake stores for about 4 or 5 years.
I had never seen much of it even when I lived in Kansai, so it is very rare.
Cold sake.
The aroma is mild but sweet.
Soft mouthfeel, acidity, and white grape-like sweetness. Gradually more complex.
Sharp and firm, I did not feel the characteristic yosaku of Harushika. However, the aftertaste was clean and crisp, and it was very Harushika-like.
I recommend this sake on its own or as a food sake.
It can be enjoyed even by sake beginners. はせゆきAizan

Sweet and tasty, with a little bit of a tangy taste.
According to last year's memorandum, "Not so much acidity and aroma, but umami, refreshing and easy to drink", so the taste is quite different from last year's.

The third bottle is Shikanaru no Omachi by Imanishi Seibei Shoten, famous for Harushika.
When I was in Nara, I drank a lot of Harushika, but this was my first time.
There were Aizan and Omachi, but being an omatist, I went for the Omachi raw sake 😁.
The aroma is mildly sweet.
The sweetness spreads quickly in the mouth and is broken by spiciness and bitterness.
The sharpness is like Harushika. However, this sweetness and bitterness is Omachi.
The explanation from the liquor store said it has a sourness... but I don't feel much sourness 🤔.
It has a lot of alcohol, so it's a bit of a drinker, but I like it a lot 🥰.
Nara sake is delicious 😋.
Festival sake, so far nothing out of the ordinary 😁.

The spiciness has settled down and the alu feeling is gone.

This is my first time drinking Kanari and it's delicious 🥰.
