Rarity is high outside Kyushu area.
Cold sake.
Not much aroma.
Slightly acidic, but very gentle and mild. It has a mild taste with umami due to the fact that it is an autumn sake.
The aftertaste is clean and the aftertaste is rather short.
We had it with nabe (hot pot). It goes well with autumn dishes.
