映画「一献の彼方に ―酒造好適人々― 」制作委員会は、動画配サイトVimeoにてドキュメンタリー映画「一献の彼方に ―酒造好適人々―」のWEB上映を、4月17日(金)～5月17日(日)の期間限定で、500円にて配信します。 小さな酒蔵と人々の "情熱"をとらえたドキュメンタリー 本作品は、創業350年の小さな酒蔵と、そこにまつわる人々の "情熱"をとらえたドキュメンタリー映画です。長野県上田市で一年半かけ取材し、制作された本作品は、世界最古のインデペンデント映画祭である「ヒューストン国際映画祭」をはじめ、アメリカやヨーロッパの映画祭で入賞、評価されています。東京での上映も企画中のところ、新型コロナウイルスによる影響により、休日も在宅の方が多いと思われることから、 WEB上映が企画されました。 映画の舞台は信州上田の小さな酒蔵 本作品の舞台となるのは、長野県上田市に所在する岡崎酒造株式会社。創業350年の歴史ある、小さな酒蔵です。蔵を継いだ「杜氏」岡崎美都里と、婿入りした「社長」岡崎謙一が時にぶつかり合い、時に支えあいながら日本酒を醸してきましたが、近年は売り上げの低迷により今後の方向性を見い出せないでいました。 存続が危ぶまれる棚田 一方、上田市で唯一の棚田「稲倉の棚田」は、農林水産省の「日本の棚田百選」にも選ばれる風光明媚な田園。しかし近年は生産者の高齢化や、維持の担い手不足などその存続が危ぶまれていました。 「想い」をつなぐ そこで岡崎酒造と稲倉の棚田がタッグを組み、「Made in 上田」の酒を醸すことになりました。しかし、だだ「モノ」を造るだけでは世間には伝わらない、“味”や“蔵の歴史”だけでなく、その背景にある生産者や地域の魅力を伝えることが使命と考えました。地酒屋、居酒屋、ソムリエが関わることによって、日本酒が単なる「モノ」から「コト」へ変わり、飲み手に伝わっていきます。日本酒に関わるそれぞれの「想い」をつなぐ物語がいま始まる・・・！ 「日本酒」や「地域」への想いを、今できることで発信するSAKETIMES | 日本酒をもっと知りたくなるWEBメディアTimeline

The taste is a bit peculiar.
I tried it 4 times in 5 days, but it didn't fit my taste.

The stock of alcohol is now zero. I went to a nearby store to try a bottle of Ko-Imari, which I had been curious about! I decided to try Junmai Ginjo Hi-ire because I thought Toku Jun or Jun Gin would be better at first.
It has a gentle sweetness and a slightly rich flavor. It has a gentle sweetness and a slightly rich flavor, but it is not cloying, so it is easy to enjoy.
