The name sounds like a wrestling match.
The color is clear and colorless, and the aroma is unobtrusive, with no particular impression of ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, there is a fruity sweetness, but the aftertaste is spicy, reminiscent of alcohol.
It is not a beautiful sake, but rather a sake that makes a statement but does not interfere with the food. I have not tasted this kind of sake recently, but I personally like it.
It went very well with pork stew, especially with boiled eggs.
After getting a little drinking notebook for a while, I have a feeling I'm going to be busy exploring bars 🤣.
I am a newcomer to Ko-Imari Mae.
I'm going to be busy exploring new places to drink. 👍
I'm sure you will be busy exploring the newest and most exciting places to drink.
The aroma is good, the ginjo aroma is soft and good👍The sweetness is not too strong and the taste is well balanced and easy to drink 😃.
Good morning, Robin 😃
I'm drunk, I'm drunk. ☺️ I think I can explore new restaurants with peace of mind knowing that it's 1100 yen with no appetizers or charge 😄.
It seems that the warehouse owner of Ko-Imari likes wrestling 😊.
Hi Aladdin!
I have a little book of sake that I use to check out new restaurants 👍I mainly check to see what kind of sake they have 😁.
I'm glad to know that you are a pro wrestling fan 😃.
As expected, Junmai Daiginjo made from Yamada Nishiki is delicious!
I can see why it is served in JAL's first class! But...
It's good, it's good!
But Yamada-Nishiki Junmai Daiginjos usually taste like this...
In short, it tastes like a Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo! 👍
If I had to say something, I'd say it's got some character...

Last on 11/24/2024. I kept drinking this one because it was so easy to drink. It tastes good with or without snacks. It can be used as a food sake or when you just want to savor the sake. I would have liked to try heating it up.
It was the first Ko-Imari. It is the autumn rise.
It is a modern type, easy to drink, and seems to go well with Italian food in a wine glass. It was a delicious sake.
Izakaya near Hakozaki Station
drink cold sake
Clear and colorless
Mild aroma
Full-bodied with a fruity sweetness on the palate
The dryness is weak, and the taste quickly becomes sharp.
The aftertaste is slightly dry and frizzy.
It enhances the taste of sashimi.
It is a rare sake that has a strong sharp taste but not too dry.
