Nihonbashi Tasting Walk 2024-4th kind
Slightly dry sake 😃.
It looks like a local liquor store is setting up the sake in a tent 😁When one type of sake bottle is empty, a different type of sake is served 😋I guess I'll settle down in this place with chairs and tables even though it's a tasting event 😅.
My friends and I decided to stay in this place for 1 hour 😊now we are going to get the next sake 🥳.

This sake has a strong acidity.
It is powerful, sharp and has character.
It seems to be a junmai sake, but this is a new discovery!
I would like to try a ginjo-shu next.
It is not visible at all, but it is written "mae" and reads "saki".
Refreshing aroma of sports drink type. The carbonation is strong for an active sake, and a light sweetness with a lactic acid beverage flavor spreads. The acidity is not strong, but it has a nice sharp taste.
After drinking it, I think I understand the meaning of the label (my imagination).
Fresh and slightly dry, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and a good sharpness. The sweetness does not remain in the mouth, making it easy to pair with a variety of meals.
A beautiful and high level sake that is typical of Ko-Imari-mae.

Here is the third cup!
Ko-Imari Mae Junmai Ginjo
Gentle aroma, not fruity
The sweetness is moderate, and it seems as if the main taste is the bitterness and the flavor, but neither of them is too strong.
It finishes a little dry with a long aftertaste.
