This is a direct-from-the-tank bottle, reserved since last year and only available at this time of the year.
It has a slightly bitter taste, the usual chivalrous taste. It does not have the piquancy that I was expecting.

He told me that he would get the Oriagara next week, but it's an hour drive to the liquor store, so I bought the normal Gikyo 🥺.

I enjoyed the rest of the bottle about 3 days after opening the mouth and found the latter half to be more mellow.

100% Yamadanishiki from Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture.
Even though it is not a ginjo-shu, it is so fragrant that it gives the illusion of a ginjo aroma!
Personally, I am not a fan of Yamadanishiki, but this sake has none of the unpleasantness of Yamadanishiki, is not too sweet and crisp, but still has a gorgeous finish.
The quality is excellent.
