Kuzo-san💕 Your choice of this labeled sake on the day of the lunar eclipse is so stylish ⤴️⤴️😍😍!
The red leaves are so beautiful❕❕they look like they're on fire💕💕!

It's really nice.
It was a little annoying that it was hard to open the crown cap.
As for the taste, it's relatively light. I think it can be classified as a drinkable alcoholic beverage. The first sip felt a little bitter, but after that the habit disappeared.

Dry Junmai Ginjo sake from Kitajima Shuzo, famous for Kitajima.
We bought it when we visited the brewery. The sake brewery is very quaint.
There is not much aroma, but it has a good alcohol feeling.
The alcohol is not too strong and the taste is not too sharp.
It has no peculiarities and goes down the throat easily without miscellaneous tastes.
It is a versatile sake that can be paired with any dish.
Kitajima Shuzo also makes a variety of sake.
It was a gift from a person who had been transferred to Shiga Prefecture to a person who was going to send him off this time, but because it didn't have the same feel as the local sake they drink every day, they couldn't drink it, so I took it home with me.
When I warmed it up, it took on a different flavor, and I thought both were good. However, 19 degrees is still very strong.
