Hitorijime" 🍶 which I received as a free gift.
A perfect balance of umami and bitterness 😋.
It's been a long time since I've had a good time at Mishiroei, I'm satisfied with it. ‼️

It has been a while.
I've been busy on an overseas business trip.
Today, I opened a bottle of Biwako no Kujira (Biwako Whale) Nama Sake that I had bought and stored for some time in order to attack the market on Saturday and Sunday.
It is quite a solid and tasty sake, with quite a deep and robust flavor and depth as it goes down your throat. I bought it online after drinking it at Kamima and falling in love with it.
I grilled some tiki spiced teriyaki that I bought in Thailand and served it with a side dish.
Hi takan 😃
Good job on your overseas business trip 🤗Thank you for the spiced Tsumami from Thailand 🇹🇭 with solid Sake 🍶 😋It's nice to be international 😄.
A gift from a friend. This is the first time I have tasted Miyoshiei.
There was not much aroma, and the impression was that the flavor of the rice came to the fore.
The label says it is an aperitif or toast sake, but I personally prefer it as an in-between-dinner drink, as it is smooth and tastes like you are drinking it with strong-flavored snacks.
The proprietress recommended the Kitajima and Mishiroei Daiginjo as the last sake to finish off the diverse selection of sweet, sour, and spicy sake. We had it in a wine glass.
It is also known as "Shiro Daigin". It is the highest grade of daiginjo, which is submitted to sake competitions such as the Japan Sake Competition.
It has a gorgeous aroma, elegant and fruity taste, and a pleasant aftertaste. It was a fitting end to the week.

I personally love Kitajima Sake Brewery's brewing ❤.
The image of the brewery always produces something irresistible to lovers of food sake.
As you can see in the picture, the concept is good.
It's not just about making a delicious nigori sake, but also about the nutritional value.
I take my hat off to them from the concept. 🙇♂️
Color →White as a matter of course.
Aroma: Aroma typical of doburoku.
Taste →Many nigori sake that are made as a food sake tend to be bitter, but this one has just the right amount of sweetness.
Yet you can perfectly taste the umami of the rice 👌.
The best part is the texture. This silky feeling of straining is also the best 👌⭕️
Perfect concept and taste😍.
Thank you for this wonderfully delicious dark nigori sake 🫡✨
It was given to me as a Shiga souvenir. I guess it is a souvenir sake of Kitajima's local brand. It has been a long time since I have had a boxed sake with a string. When I took a sip from the ginjo aroma, I could taste a grape-like flavor that was a little different from the current style of sake, which is not so glamorous. This is the first time I've tasted something like this. It is strong but easy to drink.
I tried it cold, chilled, on the rocks, and heated, but surprisingly, the acidity and sweetness were better when heated. I'll be drinking sake less often this time of year. I'm always happy to receive unexpected gifts.
