When poured, it is quite yellowish and not daiginjo-ish. The aroma is sweet, but when you actually drink it, it is not a Junmai Daiginjo, but rather has a heaviness like Junmai or Yamahai.
It is a bit strong on its own, but when I paired it with a hot pot filled with ginger, the balance was just right and it was delicious.
It is a robust dry sake with a strong acidity, not a gorgeous taste like Daiginjo or Omachi. It is difficult to drink by itself, but it was good when paired with a grated radish hot pot. Sake

Here's the last one.
Maybe it's because I'm drunk - I can drink it like water 😆.
It's a smooth and silky smooth sake 😁.
I guess it's like light and dry 🤔.
Danjiri, an annual festival held in my hometown during the GW holidays
The festival started yesterday ☺️ morning, and the parade through the city...
The festival was crowded with people from all over the city
The festival was crowded with people from all over the city.
It seems that the number of foreign tourists has been increasing recently.
I feel like there are more and more tourists from abroad these days. ⁉️
The picture shows the lunch break after entering the shrine.

Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
The sound of drums and bells echoing through the house
The sound of taiko drums and bells echoing through the house, and the mood is lifted as we make offerings to the May festivals' ornaments
I decided to take the silver plate that I had offered to the Kabuto (helmet)
I decided to take it... 🤗
When I used to go to Niigata on business many times with my senpai who loves sake
He always ordered Toyama's sake.
It's a nostalgic brand that I used to drink together with him 🥰.
Refreshing apple-like ginjo aroma.
The impression on the palate is a little thin and light.
and lightness in the mouth, but later on
It has a dry and sharp taste.
It somehow reminded me of those days 😊.
Tomorrow is Tango no Sekku (Dragon Boat Festival) ❗️
We don't celebrate like we used to, but...
My wife decorates the helmets every year 😀.
Hi Menho 😃
It's wonderful to see that even though your children are grown, they still put out their helmets and make offerings properly 😌.
At home, my daughter and son just left respectively and quiet time has returned: ☺️
Jay & Nobby! Good evening!
Every year, my wife decorates her house with Hina dolls in March and Kabuto helmets in May.
My wife's Hina dolls are still displayed at her parents' house in the countryside by her grandfather and grandmother.
no matter how old they are.
Children are still children, right?
◎I finally tried a bottle of Ginban's Banshu 50, which I had seen at a liquor store near my workplace and was curious about. I had heard that it had a trompe l'oeil taste, and I thought, "Trompe l'oeil for a sake? But when I drank it, I found that my impression that the sake had a thicker consistency was not entirely wrong.
What is it? As I sipped it, I thought it was a Junmai Daiginjo with umami for me.
I drank about half of the bottle without any snacks.
Tokyo (2)
For the first time in more than 10 years
We went to the soba noodles restaurant where my grandma used to work.
We can drink alcohol now.
Before the soba noodles came, we had "itawasa" and "ginban" (first time for me)!
It has a classic taste with a nice sharpness!

Firm ginjo aroma 😲.
High attack of umami, acidity, spiciness 🌬 🌬 Aroma
Aroma that also passes through the nose 😳
Aftertaste is refreshing ✨
It's like "sake my dad would drink" (old image of WW)
The dryness is typical of silver discs, with a rich, creamy rice sweetness.
(Added on June 24, 2024.6.24) The rice sweetness has changed to a sour rice taste.
Harvested at the Hokuriku Fair.
I found out later that it is the same brewery as "Ginban" (🧐).
When opened and poured, it has a brown sugar-like aroma.
It is smooth on the palate, but has a classic flavor that is more like a mellow sake. The flavor is wrapped in a veil of lightness. The presence of each individual component is felt, yet the impression is that it is well put together!
The sweetness and spiciness are moderate and nothing to write home about, but you can taste the deep umami of the rice!
A cup that gives you a sense of solidity.
Enjoy it with Toyama's firefly squid✨.
