Sake from Rikyukura, the only sake brewery in my hometown of Sakai.
We stopped by for Koei Kiku, but after talking with the owner, we bought this as well.
It was made by a young brewer who trained at Kuroryu and came to the store to sell it.
As an old man, I have a weakness for young people with such passion.
I was told that the bottle will last about 10 days after opening and that it should not be consumed immediately after opening.
On the first day, I felt a strong astringency and bitterness, but after about 4 days, the sweetness spread and it was good.
I think I can still enjoy it.
I hope this sake will do well as a sake from Sakai.
Hi Uma Uma Uma! Thanks for your comment 😊
I was born and raised in Sakai and still live in Sakai👍.
I often drink in the Sakai-higashi area lol
I'm so glad you're in Sakai too 🤩.
Umaumauma-san, the south exit of Sakai station is quite a shabby place. There are quite a few good restaurants there. ❗️
It would be great to meet you on some occasion 😊.
Best regards 🙏.
I gave up on it after it sold out a day after it went on sale, but a restaurant gave me their layaway. Thank you 🙇.
The gas was as ferocious as the rumors said, and I had to hold it back with my hand, but the plug flew out so fast. And it blew. I was careful so it didn't turn out to be a disaster 😅.
The gassiest sake I've ever had in my life 😳.
It has a strong fizzy feeling like carbonated juice. Calpis-like flavor, sweet and bitter, and a little dry. This year, Mr. Shimada was overzealous and the gas was stronger than expected (lol).
Next year, he will make adjustments and be more conservative.
I think it will have more Aizan flavor if the temperature is raised a little.
Good evening, bouken💫.
You know more about Sakai City's sake releases than the citizens of Sakai 👍✨I'm sorry to hear that, but I can only thank you for the information 😭
Hello Choroki 😃
I thought it was ferocious because it spurts vigorously at different times after opening 🤣.
I hope it will be dead weight and not too mature next year😅.
Good evening, Mr. Manachie 😊.
I think it would have popped 🤯 on the ceiling if I opened it normally 🤣Akirika also produces a sweet and sour perverted sake made from Yamahai yeast, so I hope you'll try it 😘.
I bought it because it was recommended to me at the brewery.
This is... sweet ‼️ with a 60% milling ratio.
It is sweet ‼️‼️ without any cloying taste!
And it's slightly effervescent!
This is a great easy drinking sake✨
This sake is limited to two liquor stores, one in Sakai and the other in Kishiwada.
Only 12 bottles are in stock, so the next time I come back, there won't be any left, so I was allowed to try a special sample before purchasing.
It has a rather gorgeous ginjo aroma. It has a low alcohol content and is sweet with a gentle taste. It is low in alcohol, but you can feel the fullness of the flavor.
It has no gaseous feeling, but it is fresh. It can be used by itself or with food. Shimada Special is delicious no matter what you drink.
Failed to raise.
I brought it to an acquaintance's house on the weekend.
It is a sake from Sakai, Osaka, which is not seen in the area where I live.
It has a sweet taste even though it is chilled.
It has quite a bit of alcohol. A disinfectant.
I think it is suited for a food sake.
I would have liked to pair it with saikyo pickles, but I had some roast beef on hand.
I think the soy sauce taste and the flavor of the meat will balance the sake taste.
The sparkling wine and chanpon.
About the right weight.
Commemorative Sen no Rikyu sake goes on sale after the Mozu and Furuichi tombs in Osaka were registered as a World Cultural Heritage site. I bought it because I am a meek person.
The taste is probably the same as Sen no Rikyu's.
Is it rather dry? But it's so sweet that I think so even if it's called sweet.
I thought it was, but when I was drinking it with food, it was still dry.
There is not much aroma or richness.
It might be easy to match with food.
The dishes I paired it with are as shown in the photo.
Sushi, side dishes, tempura, and other dishes are neither good nor bad.
