I like this sake brewery because it seems to be Japanese sake. I think it goes well with various dishes without being harsh. Sake degree is plus 5 Delicious.

I bought one of several that I drank at Ponshukan in Echigo-Yuzawa, one of the lighter ones that I liked. This liquor is like wine and is wrapped in a sweet aroma. Satisfied by the smell.
