Aozora Hatsu Shibori Junmai Nama Nama Kasumishu
The aroma is almost clear.
Mild and slightly tangy on the palate.
The middle taste is sweet and umami.
The aftertaste is clean and crisp, with a hint of acidity at the back of the throat. The aftertaste is clean and crisp, while the acidity gently stimulates the back of the throat.
The base water is probably delicious. There are no major characteristics to the sake, but it is easy to drink. It was also delicious. I'm off to a year-end party now.
