This year, Mikumari has released a nigori sake version.
Kai from SakeLab recommends it, and it's so good you can't afford not to buy it! Not just for beginners, it is introduced alongside sakémari and others, and I think it would be a satisfying sake for those who drink sake often.
I like Hououmida's Mikumari, which is not too sweet, yet still smooth and has a slight schwashiness to it, but this Cloudy version is more advanced and silky as well. It is so lively that you would think it was a new wine, and it goes well with the grape-like sweetness that is typical of Mikmari.
It is a taste that will make you like Mikumari even more, and I hope they bring it out again next year. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The aroma is expected to have a muscat flavor. In the mouth, it has the umami of rice typical of Hououmida. It cuts through quickly. If you drink it with rice, it turns into a sharp sake with a hint of sourness.
Sweetness and a nice aroma that spreads softly.
It has a smooth finish with a short aftertaste.
The alcohol content is 16-17%,
It does not give you a strong sense of alcohol,
It is a delicious sake that can be drunk with ease.
