I guess it's not easy to find alcohol. I wanted to drink it and bought it. It is a sparkling liquor and the refreshing gas is wonderful. It's like champagne. It has a gorgeous and juicy ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is very smooth and fresh. It is a junmai daiginjo with a clear and transparent taste.

Hatsu Shibori Unrefined Junmai Ginjo-shu The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, with a roughness that is typical of nama-zake. It has a slight bitterness, but the basic flavor of the rice can be felt. It has the freshness of a new sake, but it is also a very robust sake.

It is watery and fresh. The palate is sweet and light, but the aftertaste is surprisingly bitter. What a surprise, it was origami. I didn't notice it until it ran low. It's more milky and delicious.

The entrée has arrived! Gyoja garlic sausage and char-grilled lamb! This restaurant had a bottle of Jyushiyo, but it was a little too expensive! Then, I'll choose either Houou Mita or Saku, which I love! We asked them to bring a bottle of Hououmida and decided on Hououmida! Following Aizan and Yamada-Nishiki, this is Asahi Rice! At 40% polished, it is a beautiful sake with a deep flavor! Sweetness with a pineapple feel and a crispness with bitterness at the end! Wow! Delicious! I asked the manager about it later, and he told me that the store was temporarily closed until the 12th due to an employee training trip. Tomorrow, I have an appointment at my home restaurant, Fukurokuju, so I'll send them a congratulatory gift for their moving-in ceremony and their 9th anniversary 🥂㊗️ Walking home on the snowy road so as not to fall down!
