Akihabara with customers ③.
Next, Houou Mita, unfiltered, honkaku
Koji rice: Yamadanishiki, Kake rice: Gohyakumangoku
This one is naturally delicious, too.
A little sweet and fruity?
It is a dangerous sake that goes down smoothly, clear and refreshing.
Even the customers who usually don't drink much sake are drinking it today: ☺️
Of course, the usual problem! I can't take notes when I drink outside with customers today 🤣.
My memory and records are fuzzy😂.
But OK!
The fruity aroma typical of Houou Mita is retained, but as the name of the Tsurugi suggests, the crisp and sharp taste is one of the best. It is also very cost-effective!

Impression Fruity
I think the fruity nature of new unfiltered sake is its selling point. The level of fruityness is as good as the alcoholiness. I feel it is a little sweet in total.
But I'm biased because I'm about to get drunk. I'll call it a day.

Iinoya, a hall of fame sake 750/5500 yen
Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-Shu sparkling 16-17%.
Aizan 45% 2024.10.25
The 1st lot of this pure version 😊.
I can't stand the gentle sweetness like Aizan and the fizzy carbonation 😊I wonder if the fire-aged version will be released next.
It's so good that I'm going to buy it when it comes out 😋.
I was wondering if I would be too late to buy it, but the last lot was sold at Iinoya 😊Lucky ✌️
Hello, Rinosuke 😃.
Oh! You went to a great one 🤗 cool Mida-san out there ‼️ and I was going to ask Nobby to shop for me but I was surprised at the price 🫢 but I knew it was good 😍.
Next was Houou Mita Hatsushibori😚 which was recommended to us.
Compared to other Hououmida wines I've had, this one was very easy to drink!
Fruity, sweet and delicious, but fresh and light with no heaviness and a lingering aftertaste!
The new sake is delicious!
