Although it seems to be treated as a summer sake, it does not have the strong acidity characteristic of summer sake, which I personally prefer.
It is slightly effervescent and easy to drink. I recommend it because of its good cost performance.

From Yamagata Airport, we headed east in a rental car.
After visiting Matsushima and Onagawa, I went to Ishinomaki, where I had stayed for work before.
I was attracted by the hotel's dinner plan (Unajyu), so I went to Ishinomaki for Unagi (eel) and Sake!
Ishinomaki Grand Hotel Ishitei has a sake taster on staff!
Just looking at the sake menu, I thought it was amazing!
Normally, I would have chosen Miyagi sake, but I selected one that I was interested in!

The aroma is sweet like melon, the mouthfeel is fruity and sweet, and the finish is juicy and fruity with a sweet aftertaste.
The sharpness is like a sword, and while it is a dry junmai, it is balanced with the sweetness that is typical of Houou Mita.
