After learning about Hououmida at a recent kurabiraki, I went around to liquor stores and bought this one! I took my time to open the bottle since I was told to be careful when opening it 😊. It has a fruity aroma like pineapple and muscat, and the gasiness is very strong. If I'm not careful, I could finish the whole bottle in one night 😊.

There are many plum wine and liqueurs on the market, but "Hououmida Yuzusyu" boasts an exceptional flavor that no other liqueur can compete with. Hououmida Ginjo-shu" is used as the base sake. Only carefully selected yuzu balls are used in the brewing process, and the pulp and lees are not removed to preserve the flavor of the yuzu.

It's very shwashy! It seems to have wine yeast in it, so it has a strong wine taste! Again, I guzzled it down and got carried away. When I woke up the next day, there was only a small amount of the four-pack left in the fridge! Schwash is dangerous to drink alone. ⚠️

Sparkling sake made with Yamada-Nishiki and wine yeast from the Friendship Winery. In addition to being sparkling, it has a mild orikara flavor. It has a wine-like mouthfeel, but with a strong rice flavor and ginjo aroma. And it is not too sparkling. It is delicious. It is immediately empty.

Store Kyushu Sake Biraki (JR HAKATA CITY) Well-integrated gas Slight pineapple and grape-like overtones The same fruity aroma as on the top palate, with a moderate sweetness and soft rice flavor that spreads with a white wine-like acidity and a gaseous sensation, and finishes with a slight bitterness and a spiciness from the alcohol. The sweetness is moderate for Aizan, and the latter half is slightly dry. It is easy to pair with a meal, but also tastes great on its own.
