We had a glass of Jikin, so we wanted to try something else 😃 Yonemitsu Yamadaho, a founding brand of Houou Mita.
I was taking notes 🤣 but the notes themselves were drunken notes so I'll just give bits and pieces😅.
The aroma is mild. The taste is complex, from the beautiful mouthfeel to the gentle sweetness to the acidity, with a nice sharpness 😃.
The third photo was a set of sushi and soba. I mentioned that it was all-you-can-drink for 1980 yen, but the breakdown is actually 1980 yen because 1430 yen is all-you-can-drink and 550 yen you have to buy a golden ticket for the meal. Some people who are used to drinking only now left, but I paid the difference of 440 yen for the 990 yen sushi set and spent 2420 yen at this restaurant ✨but I drank 8 glasses of sake, so I think it is a good deal ✨.

I had a glimpse at the store on its opening day yesterday, but today I dropped by after work and purchased a bottle of Houou Mita.
I heard that today, October 2, is "Tofu Day,
I went home and drank dinner mainly with chilled tofu.
The cold wholesale Hououmida is Ihyakumangoku from Toyama Prefecture,
It has a juicy flavor reminiscent of the fruitiness typical of Houou Mita, but the cold wholesomeness keeps it well balanced.
