The same fruity aroma as on the top palate, with a moderate sweetness and soft rice flavor that spreads with a white wine-like acidity and a gaseous sensation, and finishes with a slight bitterness and a spiciness from the alcohol.
The sweetness is moderate for Aizan, and the latter half is slightly dry.
It is easy to pair with a meal, but also tastes great on its own.

This is my first Houou Mita. As stated, rather than drinking it cold, I poured it into a glass and let it air out, and when it reaches a temperature close to room temperature, the aroma is enhanced and the flavor expands, making it very tasty.

Vintage2024 Compared Yoshikawa and Tojo, and although my stupid tongue can't tell the difference, Tojo is delicious.
I buy Hououmida with high frequency, but this is the first time I bought Heki-ban.

Junmai Ginjo-shu brewed by a Tochigi sake brewery with Omachi from Okayama.
