I enjoyed this sake very much last year. It has a gorgeous aroma typical of Houou Mita, and the bubbles are petite like micro carbonation. It has a light sweetness with a slight bitterness that refreshes the palate. I think it is drier than last year. It is also delicious this year.

First up was Hououmida Arashigiri Oshikiri Merger Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Hon Nama. Probably the type that combines the Arashigiri and Oshikiri parts. While the gorgeous aroma comes, it has a messy acidity and umami.
