Made from Yamadanishiki produced in Nishiwaki, Hyogo Prefecture, with a 55% polished rice ratio!
The sweetness is concentrated and unmistakably delicious.
The slight bitterness that smoothly pours off the sweetness is pleasant.
Fly High series? This is the first time since Mikumari. This is a nigori sake.
In a good sense, it is not like the conventional Hououmida, with a sharpness and a rich umami. It is a good sake, I thought deeply.
The first day I opened it, I got a strong sense of umami, but not much else good.
On the second day, the sweetness increased and the balance with the umami became very good, and it became a very delicious sake completely different from the first day.

Personal preference★★★★☆
It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and astringency, and does not seem to tire the drinker.
What lingers on the tongue at the end is surprisingly sourness, and it seems quite sour only at the end.
I had never had this sake despite its fame, but it was so good that Houou Mita will be on my list of sake to buy in the future.
When served cold, the aroma is green apple-like.
Sweetness and acidity are moderate, umami is strong, bitterness is present at the end of drinking but is quite mild.
When lukewarm, the fruity flavor becomes stronger and the bitterness almost disappears.
