This trip to Iwate started and ended with "Yukikko" 😌.
It is easy and comfortable to drink despite after drinking and you can't help but go on!
Now only Kochi and three prefectures in Southern Kyushu (Miya, Deer, and Oki) remain unexplored on the trip.
I'm slowly working my way through the 47 prefectures 🔥.
Good evening, stst! 😄
Thanks for your trip to Iwate! 🎉
Did you by any chance get to drink some Jyushidai at Unmenosu?
They have some top quality sake there that is hidden in the shadows~!
I'm glad you had a good time!
Good evening, Kumagai-san!
The lineup was more than I expected, with Jikin and Hanayo also available, and I was almost swayed to enjoy Iwate sake 🫣!
I'm happy with the food and will visit again if I have the chance ✨.
Eh! (@_@)
Did they have Jikin and Jyushiyo on the shelf~! (Explosion)
Well, it's the timing of the time~!
But I have never met them... (^_^;)
It's Mr. stst's human virtue, isn't it? (^^)/
It was nice to meet you in Iwate Prefecture, except for the side trip to Hachimantai. For breakfast and lunch, I visited the ruins of a castle in Hanamaki, the Marukan Restaurant that I had longed for, and a hot spring in Dai!
A drink on the road 🍶.
When I opened the bottle, it had a strong aroma of rice. It is somewhat like amazake (sweet sake).
It is thick and creamy on the palate. The sweet, spicy, acidic, and astringent flavors are well balanced in the richness, making it a delicious sake that you will never get tired of drinking!
The milky sweetness in the spicy, sour and astringent taste is addictive 👍.
A great drink after being healed in a hot spring ✨.
The onsen was so pleasant that I could feel the quality the moment I entered and it healed me from the core!
The ice cream was delicious too!
Good evening, Pon-chan!
I too was surprised at how much more than I imagined the real thing would be, and the place where many of these are being carried away is breathtaking 👐.
As you said, it is the result of the skill of the shopkeepers in both making and carrying them!
Good evening, T.KISO!
I understood the meaning of eating with chopsticks when I saw the real thing, and yet I was only surprised at the low price...!
The quantity, the taste, the price, the atmosphere. No wonder it's so popular ✨
The aroma is mild. The aroma is mild and gives a sense of umami. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a strong acidity. The umami spreads slowly. The bitterness overlaps further. The sharpness is clear.
It is a delicious sake 😋.

Indian tuna sashimi, bought.
Along with fried anglerfish. 😋
I ran out of the fridge and bought this
series. I bought a bottle of sake.
A bottle, a little over 2,000 yen,
I found a good one. 😂.
At room temperature, it far exceeded my expectations,
It's sweet like a melon. 😍😍
Good sharp taste too! This is the first time in a long time
I was very impressed with this encounter. I've been impressed with this for a long time 😄.
I was impressed by the sweetness of this sake when I warmed it up to lukewarm.
The sweetness comes first, and then the sharp aftertaste is even more pronounced.
I would like to keep it on hand for lukewarm sake this time of the year.
I want to keep it on hand for lukewarm sake only during this season. I'd like to keep it on hand this time of year for lukewarm sake only 😆.
Masaaki Sapporo-san,
Good evening. 😊

I was happy to have a good encounter.
I will continue to look for others. 😍
The first post was from Iwate!
I like sweet sake.
One cup was a rarity,
I bought it at the Iwate product exhibition at Ueno Station while talking to a shopkeeper.
I brought it home and drank it at room temperature for dinner.
I love this taste! I love it!
Unposted posts accumulate quickly 😅.
Only 2 days left this year!
I'll do my best to finish it up 😤.
(2) Drunken Sen Junmai Daiginjo Hosho
This sake was given to me as a souvenir from a person whom I met in September this year who I love as my father in Iwate.
It is an expensive one in a paulownia box!
I love you, too!
The aroma is full of gentle rice flavor.
I knew it would be the same on the palate!
Sweet and tasty acidity driven by umami!
The bitterness is modest, but it plays its role perfectly and finishes with a crispness...
I can only say that it is as good as it should be.
Good evening, Haruei Chichi 🌙I can tell by looking at it that it's an expensive drink 😆 I don't think I'll ever see it 😅and the scallops are stunning ❣️ must be absolutely delicious 😆.
Hi Galilan 😃
The scallops were delicious, not only the scallops but also the string was delicious with the scent of the Sanriku rocky shore!
Not to mention the drunken one 🤗.
Sake from Rikuzentakata, hit hard by the earthquake.
Purchased at the event.
It seems to be a rare sake, with only a few bottles produced.
It was a miracle that I could buy it.

The taste has a moderate acidity and rice flavor.

Goes well with nabe (hot pot) and fish.
