Yesterday, I attended a celebration party for an acquaintance in Ofunato.
I attended the party.
It was a celebration for the fact that he received the Minister's Commendation, so there were various prominent people sitting in the audience. I was very happy to be there 😄.
The toast was made with sake from the local brewery, Drunken Sake Brewery.
After that, we had beer made with hops from Tono, and I was the only one who ordered sake (smiles).
Although it was all-you-can-drink, the sake was Drunken's
Special Junmai Namae.
It was not dry, but had an honest and mild taste.
It was easy to drink with food.
Normally, I should be pouring beers around, but this time, I was talking with my friend who sat next to me and the party was over in no time! 😱
I'll be leaving early tomorrow, so I decided to pass on the after-party. 😅

Purchased as a gift for my wife's discharge from the hospital. The mellowness spreads in the mouth from the first sip. It has a nice aftertaste and leaves a nice aftertaste. Sake from Iwate does not betray you. It is delicious. I would like to repeat it, although it is a little more expensive.
