A little grass. Sweet smell. A little bit bitter. It was well received by my wife and friends. The seasonal sunfish with miso paste is a real delicacy 😅 The 3 popular rolls (Suji-maki, Adult kanpyo-maki, Namida-maki) are a bit too much 😋.

Moderate acidity✨. Good sharpness and spiciness, and the snacks go well with it. Seasonal sea squirt sashimi, early summer squid sashimi comparison (bluefin reef squid, kensaki squid, bluefin reef squid lower leg) 🦑 yummy 😋.

Dry and sharp. The three local fish sashimi was a flounder, sea robin, and sea bass 🐟I guess you can't go wrong with local fish and local sake 😋.

A little sweet? It is a little sweet, but it's not unpleasant. The aftertaste is a little spicy. The mambo is quite plain, but when you taste it, it is surprisingly tasty👍
