#Nihon-shu
First impression: quite sweet.
Not fruity sweetness, but rice sweetness.
It has umami, and you can tell they are particular about the rice 🌾.
It has a great sharpness, so it's suitable for a mealtime drink.
The sweet flavor comes in a flurry, but it is cut off quickly by bitterness.
A clear, dry sake.
Date of manufacture: November 2023
Sealing date: December 27, 2023
It did not have much ginjo aroma, perhaps because it was too chilled. On the palate, the nigami aroma was present, and it had a nice sharpness. I thought it would be a ginjo to be drunk by itself, but it went well with a meal.
This one is also dry...clear and sharp. I can't tell the difference at this level, but it is spicier than Minatotani Tousuke. It is difficult to compare dry sake.
