I had to go back to my parents' house and stayed there for 5 days and am going home today 🏠. Shinkansen Izakaya will be open 🏮Echigo Beer and Gokujo Yoshinogawa 😆. I forgot to get a cup of sake again! I forgot to get a cup of sake again 😁. The aroma is fruity and the sake level is +2 degrees, but the sweetness of the rice makes it easy to drink ✨I'll drink a little bit until I get to Tokyo station 😄.

Drink it cold. It is not fruity, but has a strong rice flavor. It is not so refreshing for an arosozome sake, so it may be better to cool or warm it up to tighten it up. It has a classical taste and is quite heavy. Ika no shiokara (salted squid) is the perfect accompaniment to this sake.
