Good sake is Yoshinogawa
Everyone in Niigata knows this sake, right?
It is an ideal food sake with a great balance of spiciness, umami, and acidity 🍶.
The umami comes from the rice 🌾. The acidity is from the melon family.
The day after opening.
It became full of umami in all directions 🤗.
The melon is like a melon.
When it was heated up, the spiciness was added and the taste was superb 🍶.
Smooth texture
Softness and fullness derived from rice
Compared to the special junmai of Kyokami Yoshinogawa, it is still very drinkable.
It is more like a sake with a hint of fragrance than a refreshing sake.
The snack was stir-fried prawns and Shishito peppers with soybean flour.
It contains a 50% ratio of brewer's alcohol.
It has a refreshing sharpness in the sweetness typical of Niigata, and has a good feeling of settling in the stomach.
It does not seem to be widely distributed, but if you can keep buying it at a reasonable price, it could be a good sake for a regular evening drink.
I drank about half of it, but it is a little too good to finish.
