Purchased at Niigata Yoshinogawa Sake Museum
Actually went to the brewery to purchase 💰.
I've been to Nagaoka for a while but this is the first time I've seen a sake museum 🤔.
There is a store, an exhibition, a bar where you can drink sake, and games to try 😊.
Next time I want to go there by train because it's close to the station 😆.
I bought a bottle of Yoshinogawa for myself as a souvenir 🍶!
I opened the bottle right away 🍶This is delicious 😋.
A little dry and fruity 🤔.
The image is totally different from the Yoshinogawa I drank in the past! It tastes like sake, but I think it's easier to drink than before 😊.
There are still so many things I don't know about my hometown Niigata!
Thank you very much for your hospitality!
Yesterday morning I was drinking.
I've tasted some of the drinks you gave me,
Notes on what I feel after studying a lot📝.
I wonder if I can taste the umami in the attack. I think so, but it's still refreshing.
I think I can feel the umami in the attack, but it is still refreshing.
It actually has an alcohol content of 15 degrees.
It is said that sake is basically a sweet sake, but I don't think this one is that sweet.
It has a bitter taste and a tingling sensation on the tongue, and this sensation lingers on the tongue for a while.
Perhaps, it shows its true value when paired with dishes such as simmered goldeneye!
This time, I paired it with an egg omelet made with Oita soy sauce.
Alcohol content: 15
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Sake meter: +7
Acidity: 1.2
---Following is a more in-depth look at what we found out and what we felt ----...
Yoshinogawa was founded in 1548, making it the oldest sake brewery in Niigata Prefecture.
The brewery is located in Nagaoka City.
The sake is often described as fresh, refreshing, clear, and clean.
Next time, I would like to try it with a meal.
Nagaoka's camp, 6. Super major appearance. Niigata, the oldest brewery. Yoshinogawa, founded in the Warring States period. It is said to have won a gold medal in the heated sake contest, but we had it in hiya. This may be a drawback of having a large group to compare sake. However, the sake is delicious even when served chilled, as one would expect from Yoshinogawa. We felt like we must have had it somewhere before, so we didn't buy it. It was the first time we met again, and it was like we were saying hello to each other.
This is rice! Rice wine. I know what you mean by drinking rice. Fine white rice and pickles, it's an endless loop.
Delicious! Great taste!
It has a food wine-like flavor.
It has a dignified acidity that is typical of ginjo, followed by a sharp spiciness 🫚.
The gap between the taste and the sweet aroma of rice is also wonderful 🌾.
