I was attracted by the label with a distinctive design and bought it because it seemed to be imbued with the Ya Fat and Fat Rock I saw when I was a child. We are glad to hear that Mr. Matsumoto Leiji is doing well. It was a sake that I could drink like water, more so than my personal favorite, Kouzen Josui. It is not that it has no characteristics, but it is a sake, but there is nothing to interfere with it, or rather, there is no sharp alcohol taste or overpowering aroma. I found a good sake.

I have never seen this sake outside of an antenna store. I bought it at the Hanshin Department Store. I think I prefer it at room temperature rather than chilled. Basically, I think it is a dry sake suitable for eating. I wish it was a little less alcoholic. Even if it tastes good at the tasting, I often feel like it's not so good when I drink it at home... I often feel that it's not so good when I drink it at home.... I was surprised to find Honro-no-Matsu and Sekizen in the renewed and enlarged sake section of Hanshin Department Store. I think they are quite minor brands even in Nagano.

Nohaka Kinjirushi Cup I came back to Niigata from a business trip to Tokyo. The new APA Hotel in front of Niigata Station. I have never stayed in a hotel near Niigata Station, so this is a new experience for me. I'm back, I'm back, I'm back, I'm back, I'm back, I'm back... A 200ml cup of Nohtaka, purchased at the Lawson store at the foot of the hotel! I didn't know they had such a size in one-cup style. Mellow, with a hint of sweetness. Lightly tasting and delicious. A regular sake with good sharpness and drinkability. Good taste. === A good sake. This is another sake that was mentioned in this month's special issue of dancyu on sake that tastes good at "room temperature". Niigata Prefecture has many breweries, and there are still a few that I have yet to try. There are many breweries in Niigata that I have yet to try. I'd like to try it at room temperature or lukewarm.
