A gift from my brother at home the other day. It was chilly, so I paired it with pork shabu-shabu. It was a little high at 17%, so I tasted it slowly at first and then served it on the rocks in the latter half of the bottle. I enjoyed the mildness of the wine.

This is another sake that was mentioned in this month's special issue of dancyu on sake that tastes good at "room temperature". Niigata Prefecture has many breweries, and there are still a few that I have yet to try. There are many breweries in Niigata that I have yet to try. Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA15 Nohtaka] booth. This brewery is located in front of Tanihama Station on the Echigo Tokimeki Railway and is the third oldest brewery in Niigata Prefecture. I had a dry impression when I drank it before. Nohtaka Junmai Daiginjo. When I asked for a sweet sake, this was the one I got. It is sweet and full-bodied at first, and has a refreshing chocolate bitter taste in the middle. Noh Taka Kuromatsu Honjozo It was more light and dry at room temperature, but it didn't seem that spicy. Nohtaka Junmai Nama Nama sake Strong acidity and a very sour taste. Fresh and sharp.

Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA⑭ I know the name and drank it once, but it didn't leave much of an impression on me. There was a person who looked younger than the other breweries. We drank Nohtaka Junmai Daiginjo Fruity and sweet 😋. Nohtaka Kuromatsu Honjozo Slightly spicy Nohtaka Junmai Nama Nama Sake Sour and clear. I've read reviews that it's quite dry, but I didn't mind it that much. It might be different if you drink it at home 😅

It is a special junmai, but it gives the impression of "the sake" like a honjozo. It is a special junmai, but it also has a fruity taste. It's a young melon 🍈 and has a nice sharpness. ‼️ Three days after opening. The young melon has turned into a beautiful honey. But it also has a honjozo (sake) feel to it.

Today, I will be eating with a one-cup set that I received from Niigata Prefecture's hometown tax payment. I have recently been addicted to one-cup drinks. Tanaka Shuzo Nohtaka Ofuku Shuzo Ofuku Masamune While many one-cups are quite dry, these two sake are mild and easy to drink. They are easy to drink with a touch of rice. Serve with horse mackerel and octopus sashimi.
