Today, we saw Murakami Castle and Shinbada Castle and went to Senami Onsen Hot Spring. We will have a drink there.
I bought some sake from Naoetsu yesterday. I heard that the local brewery is Nohtaka. It's a daiginjo. It is delicious. The aroma is strong. It has a sweet and mild taste with no bitterness.
And salmon and tofu from Murakami. (*^^*)
