Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, Tanaka Sake Brewery Co. First Attack Junmai Daiginjo Araubashiri Unfiltered Nama Sake Purchased at the Abeno Harukas Kintetsu main store. Compared to the same Junmai Daiginjo from Nohtaka, I preferred the regular Junmai Daiginjo, but chose the Arabashiri because it was seasonal and the label looked good 🤣. I chose the arabashiri because it was seasonal and the label looked good🤣. The aroma is mild, slightly refreshing, and sweet, with a hint of alkaloa in the back. The mouthfeel is clean and smooth with a hint of sweetness. The taste is rough and cloying from the middle. After swallowing, you feel a considerable bitterness. Attack of bitterness! Attack! Attack! It's like 🤣. Also tingling and dry spicy taste ❗ The freshness of the unfiltered raw sake and the complex roughness that is typical of arabashiri stands out 😊. Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice used: 100% Koshitanrei Polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 18%.

Good evening, Nemuchi🌇. This label of the hawk is cool ❗️ I'd be tempted to buy a packet if I see it👍 And if it's a gem, I can't complain about the taste either 🤗.

Haruei Chichi, good evening 🌛It's a cool label, isn't it❗I bought the packet 😊I preferred the non-arabashiri junmai daiginjo that I tasted, but the label and limited time only made me lose 🤣I could feel the full arabashiri-ness of it👍.
