I bought this sake at a store in front of a station on a business trip to Joetsu, Niigata. I bought this sake after much hesitation! Light and dry sake Well-balanced! Yoshiike GW Series. Nohtaka. The label is austere at first. It is not aiming at all. It is very tasty with a full flavor! It was delicious, sweet and spicy, typical of Niigata!

When you eat an ekiben together, all those tastes seem to add up to the ekiben, and both the ekiben and sake taste superb. After all, local sake and local cuisine are a perfect combination.

Second bottle of sake post today! Many people say it is dry, but for me it feels a bit sweet. The aroma and flavor are very strong! It's a bit fluffy in the mouth! It is not easy to drink. I didn't know the difference between junmai (pure rice) and brewer's alcohol, but maybe this is it? I'm proud to say that I have a stupid taste buds, but I think I understand a little...? I think I'm going to get drunk. Would it be easier to drink it hot? I thought so.

Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, Tanaka Sake Brewery Co. First Attack Junmai Daiginjo Araubashiri Unfiltered Nama Sake Purchased at the Abeno Harukas Kintetsu main store. Compared to the same Junmai Daiginjo from Nohtaka, I preferred the regular Junmai Daiginjo, but chose the Arabashiri because it was seasonal and the label looked good 🤣. I chose the arabashiri because it was seasonal and the label looked good🤣. The aroma is mild, slightly refreshing, and sweet, with a hint of alkaloa in the back. The mouthfeel is clean and smooth with a hint of sweetness. The taste is rough and cloying from the middle. After swallowing, you feel a considerable bitterness. Attack of bitterness! Attack! Attack! It's like 🤣. Also tingling and dry spicy taste ❗ The freshness of the unfiltered raw sake and the complex roughness that is typical of arabashiri stands out 😊. Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice used: 100% Koshitanrei Polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 18%.

The booth of Tanaka Shuzo "Noh Taka" in Niigata Prefecture. The brewery's staff will be here tomorrow, so we were served by the sales staff, who were very enthusiastic in explaining the brewery's products. Nohtaka Junmai Daiginjo First Attack Nohtaka Junmai Daiginjo The First Attack is the arabashiri version of the junmai daiginjo. It was interesting to compare the freshness and the rough complexity. The easy drinking one is the calm and normal Jun Dai.

While I was wandering around Hakata. I recently stumbled upon an interesting banncho, Hama-chan, at a liquor store that had just opened 💕. He's an old guy, but he knows a lot of popular sake breweries and brands these days. He is starting to handle a lot of sake breweries and brands. This is my recommendation! She recommended this one to me ❕❕❕❕ and my husband bought it for me. Danna bought it for me... I don't know this brand... I didn't know about this brand... I haven't seen much about it at Sake-no-wa either. I tried it without much expectation... The aroma when I just opened it, it smells like peaches 🍑❕❕❕. It's also very fruity in the mouth 😂😂. It's a little thin peach juice 🍑😲. The gas is slightly tangy. It's peaches, peaches 🍑🍑. This is dangerous! It's 19 degrees, but I'm not going to drink it. It's sweeter the next day! Yum!
