At home. The color is eye-catching. It is recommended to drink it on the rocks, with soda, or hot, but I had it on the rocks. I can't deny that the aroma is pulled in by the color, but it smells like red wine? And grainy? It's quite special. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and sour taste stands out, and at the beginning of the drink, you feel a unique and strong sourness. It was a gem that I have never drunk before.

Sake brewed from ancient rice. The color is reddish. It may be a good challenge for those who cannot drink sake. The acidity is strong and I found it similar to the taste of Shaoxing sake. It is not suitable for those who are looking for a standard sake, but in a sense, it may be a sake that matches the times, as we now live in a world that demands diversity.

( *´艸`)🍶🍶🍶🍶 This is also my first time to see Ine in full bloom😃. I bought this at a souvenir shop in Amanohashidate✨. When poured into a glass, it is a purple colored liquor💜The aroma is like a mild grape🍇😚and in the mouth it tastes like a grape again, with a good balance of sweet and sour 😊👍It tastes like Shaoxing wine or red wine 😘It is a delicious liquor and I finished off 300ml 😋. The fourth picture is my first crotchless shot 📸 at Amanohashidate 😁It was a beautiful view ✨🥳.

This is Ine Mangaka from Mukai Sake Brewery, which was visited by a unique actor on an iron travel program. I paired it with fish from Tokyo Bay, which I was able to secure on my first fishing trip. I enjoyed it at room temperature this time mainly for its aroma. Next time, I would like to try it a little warmer to bring out its plumpness.

I have never seen such a red colored sake! It tasted more like wine than sake! If you hadn't told me it was sake, I would have thought I was drinking an elegant wine. It tasted like grape wine and was quite fruity!

Ine Mankai at room temperature and warmed with balsamic vinegar with pork. The taste of this vinegar and this goes so well together. I preferred it warmed!
