If its bright red appearance is unusual, its taste is also unusual.
It is made from ancient rice and is quite sweet and sour.
It is like drinking a very good Shaoxing wine.
☀️
Rare red 🟥 colored sake 🍶.
It has sweetness and acidity at its core and goes down your throat clean and smooth.
The color makes it seem like a red wine🍷😅.
It tastes like grapes🍇 and reminds me of small, sweet & sour fruits.
You can drink it like a juice😙.
Since water is also chilled in the refrigerator at this time of year, the space for cooling four-pack bottles is reduced, so Ine Mankai, which is stored at room temperature, is a great help.
Finally, this time, I bought two bottles.
At Mimasu.
I secured this sake because it happened to be on sale at a liquor store near the Gardens!
This is the sake that got me interested in sake.
When I went to Ine-cho carrying my camera on a photo trip a long time ago, I happened to see it at dinner and ordered it by accident.
It was the first time for me to order sake! I remember it shattering my stereotype that sake was not tasty.
So, I always keep a bottle of Ine-Manbairaki whenever I see it.
It has a sweet and sour taste with a touch of astringency, and it is a unique sake like a sweet wine (or is it more like grape juice?). If you serve it in a glass without talking, you probably wouldn't think it was sake.
Maybe my world is too small, but I think this taste is unique as a sake.
I also included the view of Ine Town that I took at the time (I was using a smartphone at the time, so the picture quality is not that great...).
Good morning, kei 😃.
It's nice to have a memorable sake 🍶😌.
Ine town is far from Kanto but it's one of the places I'd like to visit 🥹I'd like to taste Ine full bloom there 😚.
Thank you Jay & Nobby for your comments! ( * ॑ ॑*)
Whenever I find a memorable sake, I just buy it.
It's quite a long way from Kanto & transportation is not convenient, but Ine-cho is a very nice place!
Bright red liquor.
It has a strong visual impact!
It is rather tasty with a sweet and sour and refreshing taste, but it is a different drink from sake.
I think it can be served on the rocks or with a sour.
This sake incorporates a rosé wine style with a bright color that is quite strong in koji-based acidity and sweetness. The yellow koji? The sake-like taste due to the yellow koji enhances its compatibility with food, which I personally like a lot!
This sake is interesting!
Muddy when shaken, sweet and delicious when drunk!
It is completely different from "Summer Memories" and
It is completely different from the other varieties of this brewery, such as "Memories of Summer" and "Ineimankai"!
Really interesting!
It's like a bottle that embodies the wide range of expression of sake. ⁉️
The aroma is reminiscent of medicinal herbal sweetness.
The sweetness is felt on the tip of the tongue and goes straight down the throat, leaving a fluffy sweetness.
It is exactly as if a witty dessert has appeared.
