The label said it was a five, not a Z. It was a little confusing.
I thought it was sweet and sour and had a strong rice flavor.
When I was drinking at Shashasha, the next door neighbor was the nearby Shinonome Sake Shop, so I went there as well.
The name "Kintai-kyo" comes from Kintai-bashi, a five-storied wooden warped bridge spanning the river that flows through Iwakuni City. It is named with respect for the beauty of the structure and with a meaning like "a bridge that connects hearts and minds.

I stopped by Fukuhara Brewery for the first time, which I had been curious about for a while.
I was so excited to see so many sake on the shelves (lol).
I chose Gobashi Junmai Araubashiri for the tasting.
Fruity aroma with a banana-like flavor.
The mouthfeel is clear and slightly tangy.
The inside is softly rice flavor.
The sweet bitterness lingers in the back of the throat.
The lingering aftertaste is very satisfying, so it goes well with a variety of meals.
