Izakaya Shinkansen ①.
After a business trip to Osaka, we moved to Yamaguchi.
Drinking with customers in Osaka was mainly Italian meat dishes, no sake!
We arrived at Shin-Yamaguchi late, so we decided to have a dinner party with our customer last night, but we will do it next time.
Today, Saturday, I had to work, and when I was done, I rushed to Izakaya Shinkansen 😆.
Today, just in time! No time for preparation (shopping), everything was procured at Seven 😖.

Sometimes I think that I like sake with alcohol too 😋.
Gobashi has many kinds of sake, but this is one of my favorite so far.

Fizzy and low in alcohol (8 is the lowest)
Perfect for hot days.
The blue Mizichi I had before was like an adult juice, but this yellow Mizichi is an adult cider.
It's delicious!

This is my first sake from a sake brewery, and I bought a generic Junmai sake first. It is a fairly robust tasting sake. It has a light acidity on the tongue and a delicious rice flavor. The owner of the sake shop in Kuritaya recommended heating the sake. I don't think the sake in a four-quart bottle would reach the level of hot sake.

I bought it at the liquor store I always go to because the label was so stylish!
According to the liquor store
It's sweet and sour and perfect to drink on a hot day!
Indeed, the first sip is a pleasant, slightly sweet sourness that comes first!
Low alcohol content (12%) and easy to drink!
Certainly perfect for a hot summer day!
