It was delicious! I didn't expect it because it was made in Kurume, Kyushu, but it had a strong umami, sweetness, and soft acidity without much ginkou (gin aroma). I had to buy half of the bottle just to get it.
Kurume is Seiko Matsuda. Red sweet pea?
Asahikiku Daichi
Gentle yet lightly delicious. A little bit of a classic. A classic with a full-bodied flavor. 85 points.

I went to Nishizawa Shoten in Kawayu, Teshikaga-cho to buy a sake I'd never had before ❗
It's a sake from Fukuoka Prefecture 🎵It's clean and fresh ❗Easy to drink and the moderate sweetness complements the Tsumami 👍It's also good lukewarm or warmed up 😉.
