Refreshing and gorgeous aroma
Smooth and transparent, with a sweetness that gradually spreads from the light acidity.
It disappears comfortably, leaving a gentle aftertaste.
9.5
The top aroma is sweet, sour and cool, like strawberries.
Medium texture.
In the mouth, it has a rich sweetness and melon-like blue fruity and juicy aroma.
The finish is slightly acidic with a hint of nigori-derived dryness (weak).
It is quite sweet and juicy with a hint of nigori. But the dryness of nigori really does a good job, and it has a sweet sake feel to it as well.
It is best to let the sweetness develop at room temperature and enjoy it slowly on its own.

Lightly Nigori Sake
This is the first time I have tasted this Hayakawa Shuzo.
I bought a packet of it, and I was right!
I can drink as much as I want. It is a sake brewery that you should check out.
The liquor store in Morioka, where I was traveling, has a huge selection of Tamitsu. They seem to be promoting it. I have always been curious about this brand, so I buy a bottle along with a bottle of Iwate sake.
I opened the bottle as soon as I got home. The first sip left me with a strong taste of rice and a rough texture on my tongue. It was like eating sake.
On the second day, the taste changed drastically. It became a clear, elegant, and noble sake. There was no roughness at all, and only the good parts of the rice flavor remained.
I could see why the liquor store recommended this sake.
Good evening, Mr. Wu Hou Sha!
Tamitsu is delicious 😋.
When it comes to Mie sake, Jikin-sama-saku is my favorite sake, but the Tako I sometimes get is all delicious and I love it too 🤗.
Thank you, ma-ki-. I finished it today and it tasted so good that I felt like drinking it all the time. It is a good sake. Hanzo is also a sake that I am waiting for the day when I meet it.
