It has a strong umami flavor. The spiciness that comes afterwards seems to refresh the aftertaste.
It is not easy to drink, but it is the kind of sake that you want to savor slowly.
Mie Sake Enjoyment Party (2)
Booth of Hayakawa Sake Brewery and Tamitsu, an unlimited partnership.
There were about four kinds of Tamitsu's labels lined up, but I tasted one of them anyway.
◉Tamitsu Tokubetsu Junmai Omachi
Tamitsu Omachi was awarded the 2025 Omachi Summit Honor Award. The aroma is a bit citrusy and a bit hard, but it has the fullness of flavor that is typical of Omachi.
There was a line of people behind me, so I thought I would come back later, but I didn't have time...too bad.
They rarely go in.
It's insanely delicious!
Mild aroma like Japanese pear and soft mouthfeel unique to Kami no Ho.
It is a bottle with a well-balanced, fluffy rice flavor without any peculiarities.

Comparison with Tamitsu.
The aroma is moderate, but refreshingly green apple-like.
The taste is refreshingly light and dry, a type I personally like.
It has a lightness typical of Hachitan-Nishiki, but it also has a softness derived from the tank pressing process. Compared to the earlier summer "Bourru", it has a clear and smart impression.
Pairing】Pairs well with simple, delicate dishes such as sashimi and chilled tofu.

This wine is named after the French word "Bourru" (new sake).
The aroma has a gorgeous fruitiness, with nuances derived from sake lees and lactic acidity. The taste is very fruity with a good balance between acidity and sugar content.
The taste is fresh and summery.

Souvenirs from Ise
At first, melon? Strawberry? It tasted like a fruit like strawberry!
It was so fresh and delicious!
I wonder if I can buy it near here.
