The first drink is Tamitsu.
I almost said "Tabikari" but was saved by the furigana on the menu.
It is an autumn-aged sake.
It was mellow, but light, fruity, and delicious.
I enjoyed it with a prosciutto tomato salad.

When the bottle was opened, it had a nice fruity aroma!
When I put it in my mouth, it tasted different from what I imagined from the aroma.
It has a clear, dry taste with a touch of bitterness. It has a sharp taste.
It brings out the deliciousness of the meat and washes away the remaining fat in the mouth with a crisp taste, which makes the chopsticks go further 😋.
When it reached room temperature, it became more umami and mellow, making it even more delicious to drink: ☺️
It also goes well with oden on the second day👍.

I drank it two days in a row - yakiniku and oden 🍢.
It went well with both and was delicious!
It had a nice aroma and was sweet? I was surprised to find it was a refreshingly dry type 😳 but as it gradually got to room temperature, it became mildly sweet, which is also delicious ☺️

I had been looking for a limited edition Tamitsu from Koyama Shoten, but missed out on buying it.
It was a rich sake with a great taste of rice.
I wonder if it has calmed down since it was fire-aged.
Next, I will try the Koyama Shoten Betsuatsurai Namaishu!
