I was curious about this bottle when I went to a corner store earlier and bought it.
When I think of Mie sake, I think of Jikin-sama and Takihama ❤️
I had an image of soft taste.
My heart swells with anticipation✨.
As soon as I opened the bottle, a fruity aroma wafted through the air.
This must be a delicious one for sure 😊.
When you take a sip, it comes with an unexpected thump.
It's sweet, but has a strong alcohol 💦 feel to it.
It's 15%, so I don't think it's particularly strong.
My husband was pleased with the taste, but I think it's a little heavy for me.
Maybe it would be easier to drink after a few days.
(Postscript) The taste on the second day was much easier to drink as the gusto was lessened 😊.

After a long absence, we went to Koyama Shoten. As I was happily browsing around the store, I noticed an unfamiliar font of TAMITSU. This is a Tamitsu from Mie Prefecture that I encountered at Yotsugi Sugiura Sake Shop a long time ago. This one is Koyama Shoten's special order, with a little bit of the oli (rice gels) submerged in the glass. Small air bubbles arrive in the glass, but I don't feel any carbonation. It has a nice aroma of apples and pears, and a soft sweetness that I like. The bitter aftertaste finishes off the palate, making the next sip more enjoyable. A delicious sake that can be drunk on its own.

There is no sense of gas, and the aroma of pears and grapes, with sweetness and umami as one would expect from nigori, is very delicious, with a firm bitterness and a crisp finish.

Tamitsu" is very hard to find in the area.
It's really hard to find an ORIGINAL from Ise-Shima, so I didn't hesitate to buy it ✨.

The fruity aroma makes me think pear🍐? Banana🍌? Ripe fruit aroma and ripe fruit flavor 😊 with Tamitsu's typical bitterness of ripe fruit 😊.
How about this ripe feeling, Mr. "Sake Run" of Sake-no-wa? Who would you describe it as? I'm laughing to myself as I imagine 😍.
I'm on a diet, so I'm having sesame tofu for my entrée.
Both the food and the drink are delicious.
