It was a convincing Omachi sake.

This Tamitsu is a sake that was shipped in small quantities on a trial basis.

I have nothing but high expectations for Tamitsu after a long time 👍.
The smell after opening the bottle is fruity, but the mouthfeel is also sweet rather than fruity, and it tastes like panna cotta or nata de coco? Or nata de coco? The taste in the mouth is clean, light and refreshing, but you can taste the gentle umami until the aftertaste.
