Tamitsu, Filtiltration Mild aroma and melon-like sweetness 🍈. The aftertaste is dry with a delicious taste of rice. Quite easy to drink and delicious✨ I don't see it very often in my area. I would like to drink it again if I can find it 😁.

Today we will have our first TAMITSU. The aroma is sweet like vanilla and honey on the nose. On the palate, it is juicy like grapes and has a spiciness that lingers on the tip of the tongue. The rice seems to be Akaban Omachi. Is Akaban Oumachi characterized by grape 🤔? I'm drinking it while watching the Omagari Fireworks Festival on TV. I snack on festival sets such as edamame and takoyaki (octopus balls). Delicious✨Tamaya.
