And today, I was able to pick up a bottle of Kuheiji's light nigori that I had reserved, so I brought a bottle as a gift to the owner of my favorite yakitori restaurant!
Since I had been there three weeks in a row, I was going to give him a bottle of sake and leave, but since I came all the way here, I thought I might as well have a little bit..,
So, the first sake at our favorite Yakitori restaurant was Tamitsu by Hayakawa Shuzo!
This time it was the first Shiboribori!

First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it flows smoothly with a beautiful sweetness.
