Hayakawa Shuzo, Mie Prefecture Summer Bourru
Rice polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 15%.
Lightly Nigori Sake
This is the first time I have tasted this Hayakawa Shuzo.
I bought a packet of it, and I was right!
I can drink as much as I want. It is a sake brewery that you should check out.
The liquor store in Morioka, where I was traveling, has a huge selection of Tamitsu. They seem to be promoting it. I have always been curious about this brand, so I buy a bottle along with a bottle of Iwate sake.
I opened the bottle as soon as I got home. The first sip left me with a strong taste of rice and a rough texture on my tongue. It was like eating sake.
On the second day, the taste changed drastically. It became a clear, elegant, and noble sake. There was no roughness at all, and only the good parts of the rice flavor remained.
I could see why the liquor store recommended this sake.
Good evening, Mr. Wu Hou Sha!
Tamitsu is delicious 😋.
When it comes to Mie sake, Jikin-sama-saku is my favorite sake, but the Tako I sometimes get is all delicious and I love it too 🤗.
Thank you, ma-ki-. I finished it today and it tasted so good that I felt like drinking it all the time. It is a good sake. Hanzo is also a sake that I am waiting for the day when I meet it.
There isn't much of a pattern of discovering a brand you haven't been drinking and immediately buying it without examining anything else 🙂.
I went there casually and found this one 😆.
I casually asked the liquor store when it would be in stock last month and they replied "I don't know..." so I bought it without hesitation!
This is my first time drinking Tamitsu's Summer Boulud.
I knew it existed at Sake-no-wa, but the timing was not right or something 🙁 I couldn't find it easily.

Melon🍈.
It kind of felt like a low-alcohol sake.
A little bit of citrus aroma too.
It's clean and crisp.
A little sweet
Can be served with clear-flavored food.
In general, I drank it at a fast pace and it was empty very quickly!
It was delicious 😋😋😋😋.
Thanks for the food 🎶🎶.
A gem that was intentionally laid down for a year. Luckily, the bottle was opened.
It's a must. 1,400 for 170ml.
The sweetness of the wasabi and the combination of the two is amazing.
Exquisite, deliciously dry. The unique junmai flavor has a delicious taste that goes down your throat.
It goes well with refreshing chicken (salt). It is easy to drink.
