It has a fresh, rich taste that is unique to Omachi.
All Tamitsu is pressed either in tanks or in bags, and you can feel the care taken in its production when you drink it. I love Tamitsu. ❤️ 😋😋😋😋😋
I first drank Tamitsu at an izakaya and enjoyed it so much that I contacted the sake brewery to find out which liquor store handled it and bought some Dewa Sanzan, which was also delicious.

I bought this Tamitsu last week and have been enjoying it for a week. A week after opening the bottle, it's starting to feel somewhat sweet, but it's not sweet, not spicy, not particularly assertive in any way, it's a very honors sake 🍶 very refreshing sake. ☺️
The flowers were at the nearby Shonen Park last week.
