The color gives a sense of maturity! Delicious with an old sake character that doesn't disappoint!
Lovely aroma and taste!

This is Sakunoka, a repeat customer!
Both spec'd and Urasaku were delicious, so I raised my expectations too high 😆.
This summer's Daiginjo was another Sakunohana with a different atmosphere.
The mouthfeel is soft.
Not very floral, but fruity? It is more like a grain type sweetness. The acidity is low.
The second half is a little alcoholic.

Purchased at the Tsuruya Komoro store
I couldn't find the exact same item even though I searched the web to see if it was a Tsuruya original.
Immediately after opening and drinking it, I had a strong impression of sweetness, but when I drank the rest 4 days later, I didn't feel much sweetness and it was light and dry with a sense of alcohol and bitterness. I don't know if the taste changed, or if I perceived it differently, or both.

If you look closely, it's the back, I noticed after I drank it.
It has a sharp, dry mouthfeel with a touch of minerality.
I thought it was very clear and thick, probably because it was a summer sake, but it was 18 degrees Celsius.
It's also good on the rocks.
I finished it before I tried it💦.

I was on a trip to Nagano Prefecture, so I stopped by the Sakunohana brewery and found a store next door that sold it, so I bought it.
The first of three bottles, it was clear and refreshing, but not my favorite.

On this day, we opened a bottle of Urasaku with the label turned inside out.
There is not much of an upfront aroma, and the sweetness on the palate is moderate and refreshing!
It was just right for a hot and humid day.

A fresh bottle produced on July 7🍶.
It is fruity like a Shinshu sake, but it is easy to drink with a clear dry taste.
The clarity of this unfiltered, unpasteurized sake is also amazing.
