This is the second stage of a sake brewery in Saku City, which was found at the supermarket Tsuruya. After the initial sweetness of the rice, it has a strong dry taste. I would prefer it to be a little more square, but it leaves a long aftertaste in the mouth when drunk slowly, which is not a bad thing.
Hitokochi from Yaehara!
I didn't know much about it, so I looked it up,
It seems that Yaehara rice is famous in Tomi city 😆.
The aroma is very fruity 🍈🍎.
It has a long lingering aroma✨.
Sourness from quite elegant sweetness!
The balance is perfect 😋.
This one was too good 👍

Nagano Business Trip㉕
I bought these flowers in Saku city last month 😀.
The aroma is mild and has a hint of melon? 🤔In the mouth, fruity, elegant acidity, soft sweetness, round umami and mellow feeling😊Mild bitterness does a good job at the end 😘👍It is a good sake to drink slowly and savor 🥳.
The 4th picture is a photo 📷 of Pinkoro Jizo-san that I visited when I was exploring Saku 😚The Jizo-san is said to pray for health and longevity😇The approach to the temple, decorated with umbrellas ☂️, was a great spot to see a picture of Karafu 😆.
Good evening, Maechen 😃.
I didn't know about the beautiful spots in Saku😅.
It's a great life to be alive and well even when you are old and healthy 🤗Nice colorful parasol under the blue sky ⛱️
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌃🌛.
After visiting Saku no Hana no Kuragen, we went to Pinkoro Jizo which was a hit at the tourist spot 😊Various umbrellas and chairs were a nice 👍🌟 feeling 😚We also bought some Koi fish boiled in soy sauce here😇.
This month's hanpukai sake
Junmai Daiginjo made with our own paddy rice
Slightly floral with a bit of alcoholic sweetness and a fruity apple-like aroma
The taste is sweet and fresh, like a ripe apple.
It is like biting into an apple.
The taste is clear and almost free of any cloying flavors.
The acidity is relatively low, and it is a mellow umakuchi type, sweet but with a deep flavor that makes it very drinkable.
A delicious sake of very high quality.
All the good acidity and sweetness. Good viscosity so I really enjoyed drinking it. Perhaps it could be said that all the good tastes in this sake feel a bit separated from each other. Very enjoyable but maybe could be slightly more harmonious. Interesting rice and yeast so really fun to try.
Jiyugaoka 1)
Yesterday, I had dinner for the first time with a customer I have known for more than 10 years.
We went to a Japanese restaurant in Jiyugaoka, and I left both food and drinks to him.
At first, the owner offered us one drink at a time because we don't drink a lot of sake.
Saku-no-Hana (39-87), a sake I had never had before.
Sake made with malic acid yeast.
It has a soft sourness. It certainly tastes like apples.
Shako and sea urchin were also delicious!
