I was on a trip to Nagano Prefecture, so I stopped by the Sakunohana brewery and found a store next door that sold it, so I bought it.
The first of three bottles, it was clear and refreshing, but not my favorite.

On this day, we opened a bottle of Urasaku with the label turned inside out.
There is not much of an upfront aroma, and the sweetness on the palate is moderate and refreshing!

It is fruity like a Shinshu sake, but it is easy to drink with a clear dry taste.

Sake made with apple yeast, with aromas of apples and peaches, despite the rice polishing ratio being in the 50% range.
Slightly effervescent, fresh and full-bodied.
Sake-like bitterness in the aftertaste gives it a sharpness.
The wine shows nuances of Sauvignon Blanc and Sake from warmer regions.
On the second day, the prominent acidity is gone and the wine becomes more cohesive.

Store where purchased
It was not available at the Saku-no-Hana Sake Brewery store, so I went to a nearby store.
We bought it at the nearby Sakeho-Shimizuya Sakuhira store ☺️ which has a large selection of Nagano's local sake and a very nice atmosphere 💕We hope to go there again 🥰.
