Aroma fruity...sweet citrus 🍊 type...the rice used for Nagano sake is Hitogokochi....sweet and bitter with just the right amount of bitterness...full-bodied image that only sake made from the purest sake can give. The sixth drink was a summer sake from Sakunohana The sixth glass is a summer sake from Sakunohana, Urasakunohana. It is sweet and tasty, but has a refreshing taste with a gaseous and firm acidity. Today I bought a bottle at Yamaya Sake Shop the other day! Saku-no-hana Junmai Ginjo from the Saku-no-hana Sake Brewery, a local sake brewery in Shinshu. The aroma is fruity! The taste is rich and delicious the moment you taste it in your mouth. The aftertaste is clear and delicious!

Opened November 24, 2024 Purchased after tasting at the brewery Shockingly delicious ❗️ From the moment it was poured, it had a very mellow aroma 😍. Is this really sake? Is it really a sake or a juice? The freshness and depth of the flavor is amazing. ☺️ Mellow sweetness like a goose and a long-lasting aftertaste...
