I'd buy it if I saw the back label~!
It's tasty and a little spicy.
Not too sweet and tasty,
I drank it one day at a time and it tasted good all the way through without any change in flavor.
The reason I bought this sake,
I bought it at the information center when I was hiking in the mountains and saw that it was made in Nagano Prefecture,
And it was so delicious that I thought it was a kind of soul food.
And it was delicious,
I would have been happy with Oshinshu or Masumi, both of which are easily available, but I had never had them before, so I went with this sake,
Since it is summer sake month, fruity and refreshing sake choice
Malic acid yeast. Simply by this phrase alone, my taste fantasies spread and I purchased it!
After opening the bottle, the freshness of the acidity stimulated my mouth!
The taste is also white wine-like. Some people may find the acidity too strong, but as the day goes by, the acidity with sweetness and umami is really pleasant. This is a summer sake that is recommended not only as a mealtime drink, but also as a nightcap before going to bed.
I got it the other day and enjoyed it so much that I went to repeat it the next day ❗
I went to repeat it the next day 😱.
It has been a long time since I have had such a good Sakunohana ❗
This time it is not Urasakunohana, but Junmai Ginjo using the same Hitogokochi.
The aroma is gorgeous, the mouthfeel is good, and the fruity sweetness spreads 🍈.
Urasaku is arabashiri, and I personally would have liked a little more acidity, but this one has a little more acidity! (Is it my imagination?).
It had a good balance of sweetness and acidity and was very tasty 😆.
Sakunohana is a must-watch from now on☺.
I bought this sake at a liquor store in Okazaki the other day when it was recommended to me as a seasonal sake. It was my first time drinking it, and I enjoyed the sweet, refreshing taste without any peculiarities. It is said that the character for "flower" is inverted to express the sake to be drunk at the time behind the sake making process. 1815 yen
