Urban Saitama people only think of Inokashira as a resting place for Tokyoites, but it was Nagano sake.
It is refreshing and light, but the taste and a hint of sweetness are just right for an old man.

If it weren't for the hanpukai, I would have never met this sake. The color of the label is beautiful🩵💚
The aroma is quite strong.
When you drink it, it is more sweet and sour than sour. Delicious. It seems to cheer you up. When the temperature rises, it tastes a little bitter.
After drinking 2 cups, I was so sleepy that I dozed off for a bit, then cleaned up and went to bed. I think I had a face that people could tell I was tired even if they saw me 😅Hatarakisugiken.

We compared three different rice varieties, "Miyamanishiki", "Omachi", and "Yamadanishiki", although they are the same Inokashira.
This one is Miyamanishiki.
I like it because it is the most ricey and mellow!

I guess it tastes better when it has "ginjo" in the name!
The first sip was smooth and refreshing. It has a moderately floral flavor with a dry taste that lingers on the tongue.
