This is Yamagata's Risshun morning aperitif conquered ‼️ 57% Miyamanishiki polished rice. It is said to be Junmai Ginjo spec. It is sweet and mellow. It is sweet and mellow, but has a sharp and not seductive aftertaste.
Delicious.
I was curious about this bottle when I was looking at the cool label ‼️ Sake no Wa.
It has a refreshing citrusiness and a dry taste like the strength of a tiger.
It is made with Miyamanishiki and Haenuki.
My first time at a corner bar and first time drinking outside by myself in a long time. I'm excited. ☺️
Hi Nanka Yokai 😃
I was attracted to this bottle when I saw Sake-no-wa! It's a good one for your debut at Kaku-uchi! I'll make a note of it 😙 The citrusy dry one is one of our favorites 📝.
Fruity, with a bit of acidity and gas. A little bit of umami also comes through. Sake from Yamagata is also fun to dig out.
It's not so much dry as just plain delicious.

Aftertaste: Clean. Sourness lingers a little.
Impression: Slightly dry and refreshing
The aroma is subdued but fruity with a hint of citrus.
The taste is balanced with a clear acidity. The shopkeeper threatened me that it was too thin, but it is indeed thin for its alcohol content, and yet the alcohol is not that harsh. It is a wonder.
Personally, I like delicate drinks like this.

The second cup is Chiyosyu.
A slightly sweet drink with a refreshing feeling. 🙆♂️
It has a sake-like taste, but it goes down smoothly.
It was also delicious!
It's a New Year, so Kotobuki
It's not the year of the tiger.
After drinking a bottle of Tasake, it was even more refreshing and dry.
The master of this store is Torakichi, so there is always a tiger label.
Yamagata, Shiboritate, Nama-zake, Ootora, dry, and many other words are thrown around, but when I actually tasted it, I was surprised.
It's a bit floral, but it's mild and gentle.
It is not too raw and the pungency is very slight.
There is a slight acidity, and although it is moderate, it has a youthfulness that is different from the mild umami that we usually drink, and it makes us feel like we are drinking it slowly with young employees.
By the way, there is no Otora feeling at all.
This kind of taste is also nice.
