This time we will have a Junmai Daiginjo of Yamae Nishiki 🍶.
It has a mellow mouthfeel and flows with a hint of sweetness.
This is also a Junmai Daiginjo, so the taste is elegant and flows smoothly 💨.
I bought it because it was on sale in the store.

It is a raw sake, so it comes with a bang, but after that it has a mild flavor, followed by a pungent bitterness.
I am looking forward to the next day.
But I have an overnight business trip to Matsumoto, Shinshu, tomorrow.
The rice used is Hitogochiki produced in Matsumoto.
I knew the name, but this is my first time drinking it.
It has a round mouthfeel with good sweetness and acidity.

Hitogokochi Junmai sake.
The rice polishing ratio of 70 is sufficient to preserve the umami flavor, which I personally prefer over the other two.
It was the best sake to serve with heshiko.
Junmai Ginjo made from Miyamanishiki.
It has a little more umami than Kamenoye Ginjo, but has a clean aftertaste.
This sake also does not seem to interfere with a meal. This is a sake to be paired with sashimi.
I tasted it at a sake brewery in Matsumoto in July and liked it so much that I bought it.
I opened this one with great care, but as is typical of summer sake, it has a subtle pear-like aroma and sweetness, and it goes down the throat easily and can be drunk without hesitation.
Although it is 14 degrees Celsius, it goes into your body like water, so it is a waste if you don't drink it with proper awareness.
