How to drink:Room temperature
Aroma: Slightly dark banana aroma
Taste: Contrary to the aroma, it is refreshing and does not leave much of a taste on the palate. Slightly sweet.
This is a good one. It is an all-in regular sake with sugar and acidity, and for some reason the price is 493 yen with a half price sticker, although I wonder what new sake is when it is shipped in August. It has a strong sake flavor and a nice sweetness. It's usually about 1,000 yen, but I'd choose this one if there were other sake packs of the same price. I bought this at the end of the year, and I think the shopkeeper must have made a mistake when he put half price on a blue pack of cold sake for summer, because it is the same color.

One of my favorites 🍶 Slightly sweet and strong effervescence. Low alcohol content and drinks like a beer😅.
I thought it was a bit expensive, then I got an idea: ❣️
Why not just crack open a bottle of sake? I tried many things and found out that Sake to Carbonated is 6 to 4🤗.
The company that makes it is Nippon Mori. I wonder if it is a sake version of the Paramount Wine series sold by the Aeon family. I have no information. I guess it is like Mio in a can. It was a half price sticker at Aeon. It seemed to have a little bit of a kick to it. It is a light and easy to drink sake with a low alcohol content and carbonation. The screw cap can is convenient. However, with this amount of sake, I would finish it without using the screw cap.

I was not a fan of the sake in the can 😳.
Sake in a can was not to my liking😳.
Would it taste good with sweet mikan jelly?
The alcohol content is 7 or 8 degrees 😶.
The shelf life was said to have been extended due to the unique old-fragrance-reducing yeast, but the supermarket was not sweet and half price at 493 yen. It was used for cooking at the end of the year, and only about 30% of it was drinkable. It was used for summer sake, and my impression was that it lacked richness or was too thin. It was certainly easy to drink, but it was at least 13 degrees Celsius. As a consumer, I would not necessarily choose sake in summer in this day and age, even if sake was all that was available in the past.
However, I buy it every year for use as a cooking sake at the end of the year, and that's that.
