Another bottle of sake from Hyogo Prefecture.
This is a sparkling sake from Nihonmori, the main brand of the Nihonmori Shuzo brewery in Nishinomiya City.
Purchased at an Aeon store in Seki City.
The aroma is like a sour lactic acid beverage.
The palate has a nice taste, with a moderate sweetness and carbonation stimulation leading the way.
A sake that fits its catchphrase of "refreshing without being sweet.

The fact that you can drink it on the spot with a straw is for those who are in trouble when the alcohol wears off.
The shaking of the hand is also stable, although it would spill if it were in a cup.
The taste is light and dry.
I rather like it.
There are many other cheap sake from Nihon Zakari, but this one is really competent!
Early morning stroll in the Kitano area of Kobe, and then to watch the sunrise on a hill!

A sister version of the one we drank yesterday. I opened it tonight in the cold. Slightly fruity and floral nose, with some gentle cooked rice nuances. The taste has a mild umami and a hint of sweetness, with a little warmth from the alcohol and a medium-long finish. A bottle that can be easily enjoyed.
The twin of the one I tasted yesterday. Opened it on a chilly evening. Light fruity and floral aroma with a touch of cooked rice. Gentle and easy to enjoy.
