Another bottle of sake from Hyogo Prefecture.
This is a sparkling sake from Nihonmori, the main brand of the Nihonmori Shuzo brewery in Nishinomiya City.
Purchased at an Aeon store in Seki City.
The aroma is like a sour lactic acid beverage.
The palate has a nice taste, with a moderate sweetness and carbonation stimulation leading the way.
A sake that fits its catchphrase of "refreshing without being sweet.
Personally, the 2022 Gold Award for 3 stood out.
Elegant aroma. Refreshing apple flavor.
Goes well with the tako-wasa (rice cake).
I heard it's not sold anymore...
Alcoholic packs of Nihon Zakari
The fact that you can drink it on the spot with a straw is for those who are in trouble when the alcohol wears off.
The shaking of the hand is also stable, although it would spill if it were in a cup.
The taste is light and dry.
I rather like it.
There are many other cheap sake from Nihon Zakari, but this one is really competent!
Early morning stroll in the Kitano area of Kobe, and then to watch the sunrise on a hill!
Many sake breweries in the area are not open!
Convenience store sake is excellent at times like this!
With Sawanotsuru in the background, it may seem strange, but here's a picture to thank Onikoroshi!
In the shopping street where there is a natural sparkling hot spring called Nada Onsen, there is a retro Showa-era signboard for a brand of sake called Izumi Masamune, which is no longer available!
This is nice!
There were many students on the bus today!
They were studying on the bus!
But this school is amazing!
We were reading books like "Taku Kamikaze" and "Chameleon".
They talk about their studies, but we were arguing about who is the strongest!
In the future, they won't have to drink this crap.
The good thing is...
Hello.
I'm sure she'll be fine, I was looking at her.
I'm a typical person who thinks that when it's cold, it's best to drink hot sake! I'm a typical person who thinks that when it's cold, it's best to drink hot sake!
But I like this one heated up surprisingly well!
Shinjou-san Once upon a time I had a late night job at a convenience store and I remember a regular who would buy two Onikoroshi at 5:00 in the morning.
It's kind of interesting! I am hoping for an essay.
Good evening.
You are a wonderful stiff.
I so want to observe how you drink once.
I know someone who's finished 4L Daigoro, but I don't know him in sake, so I don't have a good story to tell.
I'll write something if I think of something, even if it's a lie
Junmai by comparison
This one is also light and dry
Junmai-like fullness
The Honjozo mentioned above is
Nada's sake, but casual
This is
Casual Nada Sake
This is my personal impression.
From the form, of course, it is good for drinking iron!
As it was a holiday, I went to Sushiro with my family.
It was a perfect afternoon with toro and sake.
The sake was light and dry, crisp and cool, and went well with the fat of the toro.
The sake cup was also well chilled and the service was excellent.
A sister version of the one we drank yesterday. I opened it tonight in the cold. Slightly fruity and floral nose, with some gentle cooked rice nuances. The taste has a mild umami and a hint of sweetness, with a little warmth from the alcohol and a medium-long finish. A bottle that can be easily enjoyed.
The twin of the one I tasted yesterday. Opened it on a chilly evening. Light fruity and floral aroma with a touch of cooked rice. Gentle and easy to enjoy.
