They say it is made using ultra soft well water.
It is indeed so soft in the mouth that you can tell.
As for the taste of the sake, it is super light, with almost no fruity or other aroma, and the flavor of rice spreads gently in the famous water.
Immediately after opening the bottle, I could smell a little thinner.
It is a super light sake, so there may be different tastes.
☀️
When I saw HinaHanaMama's post, a current went through my whole body: ⚡️
I can hear my heart saying, "I must drink this drink," and I feel a sense of mission coming on 💪.
So, I finish my work as fast as I can and dash towards there. If you want to drink Fukushima sake🍶, that's the place to go 💨💨💨
Arrived at the restaurant.
There it is: ❗️
It's sitting in the fridge 🍶.
It was the last bottle 🥳.
Thank goodness. ☺️
I went home and opened the bottle 🍶.
First is the supernatant.
It is cool sweetness and acidity. ☺️
It is refreshing and light on the throat.
Then mix it up... 🌀
It smells like pear🍐☺️
The sweetness is subdued, the acidity remains the same, and it has a rice feel and flavor 🌾.
Well, it's rice, so it must be so 😆.
The coolness remains the same, and the taste is like a clear stream flowing down your throat 😙.
The ginjo aroma with a hint of sweetness will blast your satisfaction: ⤴️⤴️
After a day, the sweetness increases and it feels even mellower 🤗.
The soft texture and gentle flavor is what makes Yama-no-I so good 🤗.
I'm glad I had a chance to drink it: ☺️
Hiro 😍, I was so happy to see your review 🥹I don't know what to say, but if you could tell Hiro that I thought the mountain well was delicious 😭I will follow Hiro's lead as a mountain well guesser: ❣️
Good evening, HinaHanaMama-san. ⭐️
I remembered the taste of Yama-no-i from your review and rediscovered the taste of Yama-no-i when I bought it and drank it 🤗.
Let's promote Yama-no-i together 😆.
First time! Aizu Sake Brewery, Yamanoi was opened 🎉.
The specifications of this sake are undisclosed due to the toji's wishes: ☝️
You can feel the confidence and love that the toji-san has put into this sake: ☺️
We can't wait to see what it tastes like 😆.
Let's have some 🥂🥂!
Let's start with the supernatant.
There is not much aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, a gentle sweetness spreads slowly.
The second half of the bottle has a gentle gaseous feeling, and it is not sharp, but leaves a slow and gentle umami taste.
Mixing with ori
The sweetness is combined with freshness, and the gasiness is slightly stronger.
From the entrance to the aftertaste, it is just gentle 💐.
The gentleness will make your whole body relax and melt away 🤤.
Hats off to this one: 🙇♀️
This is stunningly delicious😋😋😋.
No impact, but somehow delicious 🧐.
I've found another awesome brewery: ‼️
I could feel firsthand the richness of the land of Fukushima Prefecture and the clarity of the super soft melted snow water from this sake✨.
Brewed from super soft water, Yamanoi tastes amazing 🥰.
Another sake brewery to chase after: ❣️
I just... don't have enough bodies to chase 💦.
That's my biggest problem right now😅.
Good morning, Hinahana mama, ☀Congratulations on your first mountain well 🤤I can feel your kindness from your ㊗️ review 🤤I still think water is very important 💧It doesn't solve the problem of many Ozo that want to chase you 😅.
Hina Hana Mama
Good morning!
The super soft water brewed sake of Yamainai🤩this is very attractive...........................too much sake to drink and not enough body is a never-ending problem for drinkers🤣Let's enjoy each other while taking care of our bodies😁.
Good morning, HinaHanaMama!
Yamanoi is a soft and clear sake 🍶🤗This review makes me happy as I'm a fan of Yamanoi 😊.
I haven't tasted the white one yet, so I wanted to get it somehow 😆.
Hiro-san, Hinahana-mama-san, please tell me if you want to drink Yamanoi 🍶 ☺️ I'll go to Aizu Sake Brewery right away ❣️ and
I'll drink it and review it for you 😅
Hi HinaHanaMama!
Congratulations on your first "Yamanoi"🎉!
All Fukushima sake is of a very high level 😁There are so many good sake brands that it's really hard to narrow down the brands to follow, it's a kind of a struggle 🤣.
Hi Nao888, thanks for your comment 😃Thanks for your comment...the mountain well was amazingly delicious 😆 it is full of tenderness 🥹It made me realize once again that water quality can make or break a drink. Please try it out ❣️
Hi Kozou-san 😃Thank you for your comment 👍I think this super soft water will heal your body and mind for you right now 🥰Please take a good rest and drink some mountain wells when you are tired ❣️
Hi Hiro 😃Thanks for your comment 😍I didn't know Hiro-san was a Yamanoi guesser 😍That's why I want you to drink it at any cost ‼️ I'll have to use Mr. Muro for this 😏Muro please deliver to Hiro-san🚚.
Hi Muro-san 😃Thank you for your comment ❌I'm not praising Muro-san ❌I'm praising Fukushima Prefecture and Yama-no-i (lol) I'm really jealous that Muro-san has such a nice brewery nearby 🥰Please deliver to Hiro-san and me: ‼️
Hi Jive-san 😃Thank you for your comment! I think 😆I think Fukushima sake has a taste that can only be found in Fukushima. I don't know which one to follow 😅.
Thank you very much for your compliment on our sake brewery in Minamiaizu Town. Minamiaizu-cho is basically a suitable place for brewing plump sake because of its soft water.
Hi NABE 😃Thanks for your comment 😃I see you are from Minami Aizu 😆The water is really soft and the sake brewed there is wonderful 👍I bet it is a beautiful place 🥰I would like to visit it once ❣️
HinaHanaMama💓Yummy impressions‼️You have super soft water✨I'd love to meet you‼️(muro-saaaaaan📣)
I know exactly how you feel 🙏I'd love to have at least 7 livers💦and a big liquor cellar‼️
Good evening, Mr. Peckho😄Thank you very much... I think my image of Mr. Peckho is similar to the gentleness of the mountain well 🥰I hope Mr. Peckho will drink it too❣️ (Mr. Muro, it's delivery!) I'm about to get angry with Mr. Muro😅.
Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃.
Hatsuyama no Ii ㊗️ is nice 🤗We only drank outside on our Aizu family trip 🥲 but I would like to take my time and drink at home again 😋.
Muro-san 😋! Please pick us up and drop us off in your microbus 🤗.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😄Thank you for your comment... Please take your time and let Jay be surrounded by the kindness of the mountain wells and Nobby 🥰I can't wait for Muro's arrival 🤣.
Aroma insanely fruity. Ripe banana? Melon? Sweet and soft. Gassy. Too sweet? But there is a dry bitterness in the aftertaste. It seems to be a sake made with super soft water. No wonder it tastes so good.
The taste is as good as the brewer's comment that it is characterized by its lack of characteristics and does not interfere with meals.
It is just right for my taste.
When paired with grilled Akinatai fish, the bitterness of the mountain well disappears, and the taste changes to a sweet and subtle flavor that disappears quickly.
Hello, I'm from Minamiaizu Town, Japan.
Thank you for drinking Hanazumi and Kunigon with the sake breweries Aizu and Hanazumi from my hometown of Minamiaizu!
nabe.
Thank you for your comment!
I envy you for having a wonderful hometown!
As a side note, I bought this one at a liquor store in Aizu Tajima!
I will go there again when spring comes!
I really appreciate you buying from a local liquor store.
Whenever I go back to my hometown, I always buy from Kobayashi Sake Shop run by my classmate Mari.
On a return trip home. Purchased at a liquor store near my husband's in-laws' house.
A little gassy, fruity and acidic,
Light and easy to drink.
I like the taste! Delicious.
Hello, I'm Kaiyodo, a member of the Minamiaizu Sake Brewery. Thank you for drinking my hometown Minamiaizu-cho's sake breweries Kaito Otokoyama, Hanaizumi and Kunigon! I'm going back to Saitama now after stocking up at my local Kobayashi Sake Shop.
@nabe.
Thank you for your comment!
My husband and I are also from Fukushima, so we tend to reach for Fukushima sake. Aizu has a lot of good sake. Hanaizumi is the reason I became a sake lover.
Japanese aspen (Populus tremula var. sieboldii)
This junmai daiginjo sake is made from Asahi rice grown in Okayama Prefecture. Asahi has been highly regarded as a food rice, but in recent years it has been attracting attention because of its high sake brewing aptitude. At Yamanoi, we have made the most of Asahi's clean and delicate flavor to create a refined and lustrous Junmai Daiginjo. The brewing water drawn from groundwater is ultra-soft water, and its softness is also reflected in the sake's gentle taste. The fresh, light sweetness, refreshing acidity, and light aftertaste make for a very beautiful sake.
