Drinking at home.
I drank it at CRAFT SAKE WEEK, but I wanted to drink it again, so I bought it.
The color is clear.
The mouthfeel is refined and smooth, with no starchy feeling.
After the liquor spreads in the mouth, sweetness appears. The sweetness is soft like a banana🍌. After that, the umami of the rice also appears and the flavor increases.
The fragrance is mellow and accentuates the sweetness.
The taste is elegant and refined 🍶.
I thought it would be nice to be able to taste it at home, calmly and carefully 😆.
The 7th Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉗
Time is running out, but I went to the Yamanoi booth.
Mr. Kagehiro Watanabe, president of the company, wants to brew sake with a sweetness like Wasanbon. The company uses super soft water pumped up from 40 meters underground.
In the middle is a standard Junmai, a type of sake that can be drunk calmly and comfortably. The left is a raw, cloudy, juicy type. The one on the right is not for sale and is described as an elegant sake for the sake competition.
If they say it is not for sale, there is no other choice but to drink it.
Yamanoi 40 Yume no Kaoru
Not for sale for the sake competition.
It is elegant and delicious water.
Yamanoi White Orikigarami Nama
It is juicy and full with a hint of lactic acidity, sweet and delicious but not too assertive.
Both of them were delicious.
Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉙
I think I drank the Yamanoi before the Shiraoi in the order I took the pictures 💦 I think I drank the Yamanoi before the Shiraoi 😅.
I think Neemuchi and I visited the same brewery again!
Yamanoi is rarely drunk because there are only a few places that sell it.
I've only seen it at the Fukushima antenna store in Umeda or at Sukumasa!
I drank
Yamanoi 40 Yume no Aroma
It is a sake for the sake competition and not for sale.
It was beautifully sweet and delicious!
The pattern on the upper right and lower left seems to be the mark of daiginjo.
The Jun Daiginjo I drank in the past also had the same pattern.
Yamanoi Shiro Orikagarami Nama
Polishing ratio 60%, sake rice and sake level not disclosed, alcohol 15%.
It was sweet and juicy and delicious. It was sweet and juicy, and even if you wanted it, you could not buy it...
The first mountain well.
It has a soft mouthfeel. The crisp, refreshing acidity is impressive, but there is also a sweet umami flavor with apple-like fruitiness.
Outside Drinking.
CRAFT SAKE WEEK East Star Day
The brewery told us "This is a special blend that is different from the usual ❗️". But this is my first time at this brewery itself, so I can't compare 💦.
The color is clear. It has very little resistance in the mouth and seems like water💧.
You can feel the coldness spreading. I was surprised that I have never had a sake where I could feel the temperature more than the flavor 😳.
After the coldness spreads in the mouth, sweetness appears. I can't help but let out a gasp of delight. The sweetness and the umami ooze out, and you feel like you are drinking the rice itself 🌾.
I wanted to try something other than the CSW version, and I put it on my list of breweries I want to visit someday. ⤴️
It's fun to be able to drink sake for the first time at an event and expand the world of sake 😊.
