It will be served with mellow tofu at an event called Sake Festa 2023.
I was surprised that Junmai is considered to go well with hamburgers. It is easy to drink but has a strong flavor, and the tofu was enjoyable and tasty, just like a light cheese.

The carbonation was amazing. It was chilled in the fridge, but the moment I opened it, it started to swirl. It seemed to overflow, so I repeated it about 5 times before finally opening the bottle.
When I opened the bottle, the corkage was stirred up nicely by the carbonation.
When I drank it in a champagne glass, the bubbles kept coming out.
The taste is surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink.

I looked closer and saw that it was shipped in December '21. Mild pear-like aroma. Strong carbonation. Lightly fruity but austere, and the carbonation gives a dry impression. Goes well with oily food.
