Slightly yellowish green.
Slightly yellow-green, with a nice acidity (plum, peach, lychee). （It's like ➗3 (plum, peach, lychee) ❓ and a bit of caramel on the finish.
When the temperature goes up, it's like a fruit 🍋 but I can't find a way to describe it 😅.
But the base is firmly rice 🌾.
