The carbonation was amazing. It was chilled in the fridge, but the moment I opened it, it started to swirl. It seemed to overflow, so I repeated it about 5 times before finally opening the bottle.
When I opened the bottle, the corkage was stirred up nicely by the carbonation.
When I drank it in a champagne glass, the bubbles kept coming out.
The taste is surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink.
I looked closer and saw that it was shipped in December '21. Mild pear-like aroma. Strong carbonation. Lightly fruity but austere, and the carbonation gives a dry impression. Goes well with oily food.
It has an alcoholic taste in the mouth, but has a sweetness in the back.
It is the perfect sake to accompany dishes such as sashimi, not too sweet, not too spicy, just the right amount of salt.
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Strength: 16% alcohol by volume

The aroma is pineapple-like.
When you put it in your mouth, the acidity and the delicious taste of rice spreads.
The last taste is a little bitterness and a tangy feeling of alcohol.
Complex but well balanced😅.
I can't wait to try this sake again and again.
It is too delicious 😂.
In the mouth, one senses a soft acidity. Soon after, the umami of the rice comes and there is a slight bitterness. Gradually, the acidity becomes stronger and the umami sourness spreads throughout the mouth.
The umami acidity spreads throughout the mouth. The umami taste is clearly assertive.

First time I've ever had it, Kusaka Musou!
As the powerful label and name suggest, it has a mellow flavor with a powerful punch.
The red bottle is rare, so I kept it for a refill of a bottle (^^)
I'm afraid the timeline is a bit disjointed.

I was too drunk to remember the taste clearly, but it had a juicy pineapple-like flavor.

I remember it as an easy-to-drink sake with a good balance between the robust umami, acidity, and bitterness.

Next time I see it at a liquor store, I will buy it and
