Toyama Prefecture Wakatsuru Shuzo Naekaya Special Junmai Yuyamanishiki Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake
This sake has a strong impact on the palate, but finishes with a crisp finish.
I felt that the quality of Yuyamanishiki was fully demonstrated in this sake.
Wakatsuru Shuzo
Naekaya Special Junmai Rinsei Nigori Sake
The brewery is located in Tonami City, Toyama Prefecture.
Sake rice is "Yuyamanishiki" produced in Toyama Prefecture.
This is a limited edition "Rim Ao" cloudy sake, so it is the most limited of the limited editions.
It is the most limited of the limited.
It has the fullness of Yuyamanishiki, the richness of Nigori-nagari and the freshness of new sake.
The richness of the cloudy taste and the freshness of the new sake.

The first bottle of this year's hiyaoroshi.
The aroma is just wonderful! Fruity sweetness fills the glass.
The aftertaste is a bit like an aged aroma, but only to my taste. I will enjoy this bottle in late summer.

Naekaya Hiyoshi Oroshi
The staff of Wakatsuru Sake Brewery poured us a glass of sake. He said that it was a delicious dam sake and that he was surprised we were surprised too.
This Hiyahoroshi is a contrast. The sweetness is rounded and good.

Naekaya Junmai Ginjyo Kurobe Dam stored sake
There were several kinds of Kurobe Dam sake on sale, but there were only a few left, probably due to the small quantity. There was barely one cup left. It's smoky and nice. I need to seriously look for some for my stock 💦.

There was only one bottle of Yamada-Nishiki, and the additional bottle was Yuyamanishiki.
The pace is too fast, isn't it?

Last Friday, I had a get-together with my colleagues in Toyama from 18:00. It was the first time in a while that we had been to Tompei, and only three of us were present at the upstairs tatami room. We couldn't wait any longer, so we had bottled beer and a bottle of Naekaya Yongo. It was good for my empty stomach💦.
The picture was out of focus, so I took it at the Toyama Station Wakatsuru store 🤣.
Full of sweetness and richness, with a lingering impression that is not persistent.
Perfect for the last sake of the day.
I am often asked what my favorite sake is at restaurants, and I reply "Takachiyo" or "Nokaya," but I have reconfirmed that it is my basic favorite taste.
