drinking at home (as opposed to going out) 200 check-in anniversary🎊 I visited the brewery (the store across the street) on a trip last year. I chose Aradama's seasonal sake, which I started drinking I started drinking it after I visited the brewery (across the street) on a trip last year 😆😆. I'm so glad I did 😆. The introduction of the brewery says "Green Forest" (healing forest 🌳).... I don't know what that means... ❓❓ I was surprised to see that it was a "healing forest". The freshly cut wine is clean and sharp, with a hint of rum aroma and taste of lemon, lemon🍋, and melon🍈, with a slight gassy feeling. It had a slightly gaseous taste. I was very pleased with the taste 😀 😀 The snacks were sake steal with grated radish and rice balls 🍙. (LOL) On the second day, the gassy feeling was gone, but the rum, the lemon🍋 and melon🍈 aroma and taste were felt rather strong. 😆 If you think about it, the three aromas when combined are green apple🍏 aroma and I understood the meaning of the name Green Forest. I now understand why it is called Green Forest. ☺️ Keep up the good work and I will continue I'll keep on exploring. m(_ _)m
