(*^3^)/🍶🍶🍶🍶
I bought this hiyaoroshi Orange label last year at the brewery 😀 It's been a year since I've had it again. This time it is a joint brew by "Kagatobi" Fukumitsuya and "Tani Izumi" Tsuruno Sake Brewery😊✨This sake is based on the brewing formula of the previous "Tani Izumi Special Junmai Nama Genzake Orange". The sake rice was brewed with surviving rice that was rescued from a warehouse that was completely destroyed. ✨🤔
The aroma is fresh and sweet, as is typical of the nama nama sake 😘The mouthfeel is gentle and soft, with a clean aftertaste 😚👍It's a delicious sake with a nice sharp taste 🥳.
TANIZUMI brewed by a young master brewer is one of the breweries that I hope will do well ✨Please give my best regards to everyone 🙇It's a delicious sake 😘.
Good morning, Maechen 😃.
I heard that Tsuruno-san is even rebuilding in his hometown, but I hope he will make it in time for this year's sake production 😟.
Another bottle of the second support purchase for #Don't Stop Sake in Noto, a reproduction of an original recipe from Tsuruno Sake Brewery Taniizumi.
Following the New Year's earthquake, now the torrential rain disaster. I can't find the words to say, but I will drink and support!

The second support purchase for #Don't Stop Sake in Noto has arrived.
This time it is a collaboration sake between Tsuruno Shuzo's Taniizumi and Yoshida Brewery's Yoshida Kura.
It's not easy to visit Noto, but I will drink it and support the cause!
Recreated sake brewed by Fukuda Shuzo based on a recipe from Taniizumi, whose warehouse and store were completely destroyed by the earthquake.
I have never had the original TANIZUMI sake, but it was a clear, dry, and easy to drink bottle!
Rice polishing ratio: 58
Alcohol content: 15%.
We recently came across a collaboration sake we received from Fukurokuju-san to support a sake brewery in Ishikawa Prefecture that was completely destroyed, this time from Taniizumi!
Collaboration with Fukkai-san
The aroma of banana, it was a calm sake♪
We wish you a speedy recovery 🙏!

I realized that it was already the end of July, and I had been away from sake completely due to a series of business trips 😅.
The interface of Sake-no-wa has also changed.
I bought this to support sake breweries in Ishikawa Prefecture. As a secret, I'm actually not very good at Kagatobi sake... 🤫.
In a good way, it was a nice, light drink!
I bought another bottle of Kaga sake, so I am looking forward to that one too!
Off-line meetings are still going on.
8th drink
Tani Izumi x Fukkai
This is also brought by Chidorisashi-san 🙇♂
Thanks for always bringing in so much, Chidorisoku-san 🙏.
But... you are a vendor now 🤣.
This is Noto reconstruction support sake, so I'll take it well 🍶.
Slightly effervescent and soft sweetness ☺️
The sweetness disappears quickly and easily with meals... 🤣
Don't stop Noto's sake! This is one of the 2 sets of 720ml "TANIZUMI" & "FUKUKAI", a project to support the joint brewing of Japanese sake breweries affected by the disaster.
We received it with great care.
